Criteria & Eligibility Requirements:
- Enrollment in an accredited undergraduate or graduate program at a college or university.
- Strong academic performance, often with a minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Relevant coursework or major related to the internship field.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite including Excel and PowerPoint
- Some previous work experience (part-time, internship or volunteer) related to the department(s) of interest is strongly preferred.
- Depending on the internship, specific technical skills or certifications may be required.
- A genuine passion for sports and sports merchandise.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States, typically for U.S. citizens, permanent residents, or individuals with the necessary work visas.

Wade Clark Mulcahy LLP – Springfield, New Jersey office is growing, and we're looking for 1–2 litigation attorneys with 2+ years of experience to join our team.
Who We Are
Wade Clark Mulcahy LLP is a national firm with offices in NY, NJ, PA, LA, TX and London. Our practice spans professional liability, insurance coverage, and a wide range of litigation matters. What You'll Be Doing
This is hands-on litigation from day one. You'll manage your own caseload and take cases all the way to trial.
Your work will likely include but is not limited to:
- Premises liability
- Motor vehicle accidents
- Construction accidents
- Products liability
- Property damage and wrongful death claims
You'll make in-person court appearances, conduct depositions, and advocate for clients while keeping them informed every step of the way.
Who You Are
You're someone who:
- Is admitted to practice in New Jersey (other bars are a plus!)
- Has 2+ years of litigation experience
- Writes clearly and persuasively
- Is curious, ambitious, and takes pride in your work product
- Wants to grow as an attorney—not just push paper
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $115,000–$160,000 (commensurate with experience)
