Upon hire, Flex Houseparents initially support various student homes and follow a working schedule of nine consecutive days on duty, followed by three days off. On weekdays, houseparents have unscheduled time while students are in school. Flex Houseparents eventually transition into a Placed Houseparent role, where they live and work with the same group of students in their own student home.Benefits include:

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Warehouse Receiver role based in Brockton, MA. The Warehouse Receiver will be responsible for inspecting, unloading, and processing incoming shipments, ensuring accurate inventory control, and maintaining an organized workspace. Additional duties include maintaining shipping and receiving documentation and providing excellent customer service when coordinating with delivery drivers and clients. This is a seasonal contract role with the potential to become full-time at the end of the busy season.

- Assist with unloading mattresses from trailers and trucks alongside the warehouse team.
- Work in coordination with forklift operators during the unloading process.
- Accurately count incoming mattresses and verify shipment quantities.
