Responsibilities:
*Lead and perform engineering evaluations and analyses, field inspections, design drawings, technical specifications and cost estimations.
*Lead and perform standard mechanical engineering analysis of existing and new building mechanical, plumbing and fire protection systems utilizing the latest codes and technologies to provide optimized designs.
*Coach/Mentor junior staff as a technical expert.
Requirements:
*Knowledge of NYS Mechanical, Energy and Plumbing codes, NFPA.
*Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP and Microsoft Office Suite.
*Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively both written and verbally.
*Energy Modeling experience (Carrier HAP, TRANE TRACE, or EQUEST), LEED Green Associate and Commissioning experience, preferred.

Job Requirements
This is a position for a candidate experienced as a self-perform mechanical and plumbing trades estimator on complex industrial, institutional and health care projects. Estimates on similar type projects is required.
Basic Qualifications:
- Prior completion of mechanical and plumbing estimates with project size exceeding $25 million
- Demonstrated experience in estimating for both, hard-bid and negotiated projects.
- Demonstrated experience developing accurate estimates from schematic design documents.
- Experience in leading a team, providing direction, and determining priorities to achieve a complete and final estimate.
- Experience in writing subcontractor scopes, negotiating pricing and issuing subcontracts.
Experience:
- Candidates must demonstrate a past work history and their desire for a career in construction.
- Experience in project cost controls and Job cost accounting, contracts, scopes of work, material take offs and pricing, bonding and insurances, licensing and labor burdens.

The X-Ray Technologist is responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures and ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the process.
Responsibilities
- Verifying patients' identity and reviewing physiciansβ orders before beginning x-ray procedures.

Job Description
The Participant Support Representative is a reliable professional responsible for answering incoming phone calls, making outbound calls, using company policies to solve customer issues, guiding callers through navigating the company website, and routing calls to the managerial team when necessary. The Representative must commit to customer satisfaction and the ability to provide detailed and accurate information.
Responsibilities
- Ability to take outbound and inbound calls while taking the appropriate action based on the clientsβ needs.
- Educate clients on IRS guidelines, and compliance on 403b & 457b plans.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot participant actions on the website, including filling out forms and uploading documents.
- Input data into system platforms and keep callerβs records updated. Must be able to keep system platforms up to date by inputting new clientsβ information and tracking changes.
- Uphold customer satisfaction to the highest standards while maintaining the Centerβs KPIs.
- Ability to audit and cross reference data as needed across the different platforms available
- Regularly attend department and company meetings and training sessions to stay updated on policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a call center or high-volume customer service environment.
- Experience in pension, retirement, and/or benefits administration a plus.
Additional Competencies
Language Skills
- Ability to read, write and communicate 403(b)/457(b) IRS guidelines, policies, and procedures to participants in a thorough, and easy to understand manner.
- Bilingual in Spanish, a plus.
Mathematical Skills
- Ability to understand and calculate mathematical concepts of addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division β especially confirming payroll deductions for the participant.
Work Environment
- Duties are performed in an office environment/hybrid with a call center atmosphere
- Typical work hours are 8:30 a.m. β 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Later shifts are available with management approval.
- In this position, you may interact with plan participants, plan sponsors, financial advisors & administration through calls or emails, in addition to interactions with internal company staff at other locations such as Rochester, NY.

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Rochester, NY. The Jr Engineer will assist in the design and development of electrical & mechanical systems, collaborate with senior engineers on project specifications, and ensure compliance with industry standards. The Transaction Processing Team is responsible for accurately entering and processing retirement plan transaction requests within the 403(b)/457 industry. This includes service provider form entry, as well as processing participant transactions such as distributions, loans, hardships, transfers, and other plan-related activities. Daily responsibilities also involve communicating with clients, participants, and advisors to resolve incomplete or incorrect information. Additional responsibilities may include answering telephone inquiries, imaging documents, and performing other administrative tasks as needed.
