Position Summary:

Secures the inside and outside of the facility, assists patients visitors and staff by providing escorts, jump-starts and unlocking doors. Responds to fire, disaster and other emergency situations as needed.

2nd shift 2:00pm-10:30pm with various weekend coverage

DEPARTMENT: Maintenance & Facilities

REPORTS TO: Plant Manager

CLASSIFICATION: Exempt

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for directing and overseeing all maintenance and facilities operations to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable performance of plant equipment, utilities, and infrastructure. This role manages the maintenance staff, work order system, preventive maintenance program, and capital improvement projects. The Maintenance Manager will coordinate closely and share resources with the Senior Maintenance Advisor, Mfg Engineering, Technical Services/Machine Shop and Production to ensure projects and maintenance initiatives are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee equipment installation, facilities equipment repair, and preventative maintenance.
• Inspect and evaluate physical plant, grounds, and related equipment.
• Provide leadership, direction, and supervision to the maintenance department, ensuring safe and efficient operations.
• Plan and implement preventive maintenance and reliability programs.
• Oversee and schedule all maintenance work orders and repairs to minimize production downtime.
• Coordinate and execute capital and facility improvement projects.
• Collaborate with the Senior Maintenance Advisor to leverage technical expertise and institutional knowledge for complex or legacy systems.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead department training and skill development programs to enhance team capability and performance.
• Maintain documentation, records, and reports related to maintenance activities and projects.
• Partner with production, purchasing, and engineering teams to support operational goals.
• Provide regular updates to the Plant Manager regarding performance metrics, project progress, and maintenance priorities.

• Supervises: All maintenance and facilities personnel

• Proficiency with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.

The Administrative Assistant for Sales, reports to the Senior GM of the Sales Subsidiaries and supports this role in addition to supporting the Director of Retail, Director of Trade and Director of PDSN. FVCA camp staff are responsible for the general supervision and engagement of all campers in both our kids and teen camp programs. They provide a structured positive and safe environment for them to experience God in a camp setting. Our goal is to help our children explore nature, play games, bond with other campers, have fun but most importantly learn about Jesus Christ in an extraordinary way. Being patient, knowledgeable of camp activities and having the ability to build good relationships with children and teens are three essential traits for our staff.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Supervise, guide, love, and care for a group of 7-10 campers at a week's time during the entire summer season at FVCA.
• Consistently engage with campers throughout the day and week including discussions over meal time, cabin devotionals, chapel and other planned activity sessions.
• Always create and maintain a positive and encouraging atmosphere throughout the Summer camp.
• Empower, serve, encourage, love and support all campers consistently.
• Follow all guidelines of FVCA, including the philosophy, goals, and objectives and also follow all of FVCA’s safety procedures at all times.
• Maintain the safety of campers at all times, placing their welfare and interest above everything else.
• Help campers become more aware of God in each aspect of their lives so they are capable of continued growth on their own after camp.
• Assist with program evaluation at the end of each session and at the end of the summer.
• Assist in all scheduled program activities in the various areas of the camp when requested.
• Assist with recreational and educational activities (such as swimming, hiking, canoeing, crafting etc.)
• Escort and oversee children to cabin or activities when necessary.
• Educate campers through games and explorations.
• Resolve occasional fights between children and address behavioral issues.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Set up, program, and operate CNC turning machines, including Haas Turn Mill and Mazak lathes.
• Program lathes using drawings and job travelers to produce designated parts.
• Operate the Star Clip machine and perform secondary operations such as deburring, grinding, drilling, and tapping.
• Inspect parts for quality, take measurements, detect production flaws, and adjust or reprogram controls.
• Communicate effectively with Machinist Level III and Engineering regarding concerns or job changes.
• Recommend or approve supplies and materials necessary for lathe jobs.
• Serve as backup to the Machinist Level I to maintain workflow through the department.
• Assist with general facility operations, including equipment loading/unloading and inventory management.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following established safety procedures and regulations.
• Stay current with job knowledge through training and educational opportunities, including conversational programming and TMA classes.

Primary Purpose of Position

Responsible for execution of turbine generator outage execution project teams to support safe, reliable, and efficient outage activities consistent with Constellation and Clean Energy Center (CEC) goals. Implements standardization of outage processes and procedures across assigned Constellation CECs. Reinforces standards and expectations for Outage Planning & Services personnel and other personnel who interface with Outage Planning & Services to establish an error free and professional work environment. Always enforce procedure use and adherence, Human Performance (HU) fundamentals, Technical Human Performance (THU) techniques, and provide coaching and mentoring as necessary to achieve continuous improvement.

Primary Duties and Accountabilities

• Perform development of detailed plans, identification and assignment of personnel, and development of detailed work scope.
• Develop scope schedule and budget with the life cycle cost management system.
• Apply expert knowledge in execution of refueling outage services at assigned CEC. Provide primary communication with client CEC management and major vendor service organization.
• Direct project completion and close out of financial and technical documentation. Provide fiscal data and promote fiscal accountability among all project participants
• Responsible for continuous improvement initiatives and promoting these improvement initiatives among all project participants at CECs.
• Responsible to effectively communicate technical, financial, and work progress status to all levels of corporate and CEC management.
• Reinforce appropriate fundamental behaviors in area of assigned responsibility. Includes administering coaching, mentoring, and performance management for managers and employees

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8 years of power generation experience OR
• Associate's degree with 10 years of power generation experience OR
• High school diploma/GED with 12 years of power generation experience
• Demonstrated leadership in a minimum of 3 refueling outages
• Maintain minimum access requirements or unescorted access requirements, as applicable, and favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties

Preferred Qualifications

• Turbine/generator experience
• Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills
