Position Overview
We are looking for a detailβdriven, proactive paralegal with strong experience in commercial real estate transactions. The ideal candidate excels at managing complex files, coordinating closings, drafting documents, and communicating professionally with clients, attorneys, lenders, and referral partners. This is an inβoffice role requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage commercial real estate files from opening through closing, including document preparation, scheduling, and settlement statement preparation.
- Coordinate and manage multiple commercial closings, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
- Communicate effectively with clients, lenders, attorneys, and referral partners throughout each transaction.
- Draft correspondence, title policies, and legal documents as needed.
- Organize, maintain, and update case files, ensuring all documents are complete and easily accessible.
- Ensure compliance with title requirements and real estate transactional standards.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a paralegal in commercial real estate law or commercial conveyancing.
- Strong understanding of commercial real estate and business transactions.
- Ability to independently manage a high volume of files and deadlines.
- Exceptional organizational, timeβmanagement, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Outlook, EClosing/ClosingView, Qualia, Simplifile, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a legal team.
Compensation: Starting at $70,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

About the Role
The first a civil litigator, the second role an employment attorney. Both roles need minimum of 5+ years experience.
Responsibilities
- General civil litigation handling a variety of disputes including Probate and Estate Disputes, Probate Administration, Construction, Business, Insurance coverage (defense), and Personal Injury litigation.
- Employment law, counseling and advocating on behalf of individuals and employers in workplace disputes.
- Assisting clients in negotiating severance agreements.
- Providing advice and strategies regarding wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation and whistleblower claims.
- Advising and drafting employment agreements including restrictive covenant agreements.
- Counseling employers on personnel matters and HR compliance.
- Providing representation in state and federal court, mediations, MCAD/EEOC proceedings, and wage investigations.
- Strong background to include motion practice, depositions, alternative dispute resolution, some trial experience.
- Familiarity with the rules of civil procedure, and comfortable communicating with clients and making decisions regarding case strategy.
- Ability to be comfortable reviewing discovery documents and other written data to develop case strategy, determining settlement valuation, and communicating with clients for counseling purposes.
- Strong writing and negotiation skills are required.
- Interest in developing new business and marketing services and legal assistance offered by the firm.
