Role Description

We are looking for full-time or part-time, Sales Specialists located in Bloomington, Normal, Springfield, Champaign, the Chicago suburbs, and surrounding areas. The Sales Specialist will interact with clients to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions. Key responsibilities include conducting sales activities, maintaining customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, training team members as needed, and contributing to sales strategy improvements. The individual will collaborate closely with the management team to achieve sales objectives and drive company growth.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills are essential to build relationships with clients and address their concerns effectively.
• Proficiency in Sales to execute sales strategies, meet targets, and oversee processes.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
