GP Government Solutions has an immediate need for an Electrical Instructor to support a large aerospace client in Huntsville, AL. We are seeking candidates who are able to conduct training covering Soldered Electrical and Electronic Assemblies. This is an onsite position that requires 15% travel.
Job Summary:
- Confers with management/client to understand work situation. Performs needs, job and task analysis to determine training required for trainees to better understand changes in policies, procedures, regulations and technologies.
- May recommend plans for development of instructional methods and delivery of individual training, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, conferences, meetings, and workshops.
- Selects teaching aids such as training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials and reference works.

Job Summary
Provide professional Highly Protected Risk (HPR) loss control services to Tokio Marine America clients and Tokio Marine Management, Inc. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Insight Global offers a competitive base salary ranging from $40,000 - $64,000 annually, dependent on office location, and $5,000 in LTIPs (Long Term Incentive Plan). Annual Base Salary for newly appointed CBPOs varies as follows:
GS-9: $61,111 - $124,443 per year
Note: A fully trained CBPO is eligible for up to $45,000 in overtime pay in addition to the starting salary.
Officers are eligible to select from an array of federal employment benefits that include health, dental and other insurance plans, generous annual and sick leave, and participation in the Thrift Savings Plan.

Qualifications:
You qualify for the GS-9 grade level in one of the following ways: experience, education, or a combination of both.
Experience: A minimum of one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level that includes:
- Detaining suspected violators of federal, state, or local laws and/or arresting violators using the proper law enforcement methods.
- Enforcing laws and regulations relating to importing, exporting, and/or international shipping.

As a Sr. Production Test Engineer (PTE) you'll support both the manufacturing test teams and the program they are assigned to support across all make centers where testing is performed and you'll cover all phases of the product life cycle, including product development, transition to production, sustained production, depot activities and end of contract equipment closeout and dispositioning.
In this role, you'll support creation of Basis of Estimates (BOE) to estimate costs to add additional capacity, new capabilities and equipment obsolescence and you'll ensure compliance of the prime hardware to technical data package requirements and supporting test equipment.
Responsibilities to anticipate:
- Creation and maintenance of the program test equipment obsolescence plan.
- Overall capacity plan for test equipment.
- Supporting make center PTE's to reduce test time, improve the test process through preliminary investigation and problem resolution of trends, failure modes and test yields.
- Developing test flows and contributing to test capacity analysis.
- Maintaining changes to the test equipment technical data package including drawings, test instructions, test position manuals and system software.
- Assisting in non-routine fault isolation, diagnosis and repair of the product or test equipment.
- Leading root cause and corrective action investigations and presenting findings.
- Performing risk assessments and supporting program risk register reviews.
- Leading projects.

An Electronics Lab Assembly/Solder Technician is responsible for assembling, cabling, and validating complex testing rack test systems.
