Essential Duties & Responsibilities Plans and supports (or organizes) projects and sub-projects with limited complexity under the direct supervision of the Project Manager or Director.

Drives and monitors daily progress of project work packages and activities to meet the project schedule with project team members in support of the Project Manager.

Provides detailed updates to Project Managers, project team members, and project stakeholders.

Organizes and maintains project documentation and artifacts, trackers, and reports.

Manages and oversees Definable Features of Work Submittal packages and supports Superintendent/PM Supports maintenance and continuous improvement efforts to project management processes and procedures.

Engages in and actively volunteers for Continuous Improvement projects/tasks.

Must follow all required ISO procedures, comply with all work exposure EH&S training requirements.

Supports overall project quality and reviews all trade contractors’ means and methods in accordance with project contract documents with the Project Superintendent.

Reviews and analyzes submittal data on the product specifications, scopes of work, plans and engineer reports to determine the finished product meets the quality and reliability expectancy of the Client.

Assists the project management team with the RFI process to ensure that all RFIs are properly and timely logged and that the information requests are reviewed and then forwarded to the appropriate people.

Supports testing programs will be conducted throughout construction to verify that all materials and installations are as specified; in addition to mandatory "milestone" inspections or tests, supports the QC who monitors all aspects of the construction on a daily basis to verify contract compliance.

Assists with plans, coordination, and the quality control program as designed, to ensure continuous production of projects are consistent with established standards by performing the QCM duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.

Performs random project site audits for all stages in the production process and inspects materials for specifications and contract compliance.

Interacts effectively with the NAVFAC Quality Control personnel to ensure.

Previous Federal construction experience is preferred.

Have existing relationships with Federal government customers in the Southeast Region Previous experience working with 8(a) companies.

  • GENERAL SUMMARY


    • Engages in activities constituting the practice of medicine in collaboration with and under the medical direction, clinical guidance and supervision of a licensed physician. This individual will primarily function within the main hospital when work volumes are high, but will be asked to perform duties in clinics when hospital work volumes are low. This individual will occasionally act as a first assistant in the operating room (OR) when the need arises and collaborate with the OR staff to develop the knowledge, skill, and critical thinking necessary to assist in performing a safe operation. Additional responsibilities include conducting hospital rounds, assisting with OR orders and checks, handling Urgent Care OR transfers, and performing hospital and emergency department consults. Runs clinics independently or under physician supervision. Reports to supervising physician(s) and designated manager.


  • ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Performs a wide variety of inpatient and outpatient patient care activities and accommodative services to support the medical practice with effective utilization of healthcare resources.
    • Effectively utilizes healthcare resources and communicates with other members of the healthcare team.
    • Demonstrates excellence in practice characterized by quality patient care and participation in formal and informal patient and staff education.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • LICENSES AND/OR CERTIFICATIONS
    • Current State license as an APRN or PA with specialization in Family or Pediatrics.
    • Physician Assistants - Current National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) certification required.
    • Nurse Practitioner - Current certification from the Orthopaedic Nurses Certification Board (ONCB) preferred.
    • CPR training required and/or must be obtained within 45 days of hire.
    • PALS training obtained and maintained within 90 days of hire.
  • MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
    • Must provide record of a completed diploma (or equivalent) or academic transcript for those areas performing complexity testing.
    • Required to maintain State licensure, certification (NCCPA) for PA only, and educational and employment application requirements as a PA or NP during employment.
    • Two to three years of Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner experience preferred.
    • Two to three years of Pediatric experience preferred.
    • Previous OR experience preferred.
    • Execution of Non-Competition, Confidentiality and Non Solicitation Agreement required for specialty assigned / hired into.
    • Ability to travel locally between hospital and clinics required.
  • WORKING CONDITIONS
    • Expected to work in a patient care environment with minimal exposure to environmental hazards such as, but not limited to, excessive noise, dust, or extremes in temperatures. Exposure to communicable diseases and moderately adverse working conditions due to the need to perform certain patient care activities can be expected.

Winke Orthopedic Pain Management Center only sees qualified patients with proven and current radiology reports detailing their underlying diagnosis, a current pharmacy history, and verifiable identification. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who has a comprehensive understanding of chronic pain diagnosis and treatments and can conduct patient interviews and perform appropriate physical exams and imaging reviews to develop the patient?s plan of care while showing the patient compassion.
