Responsibilities:

• Participate in an informative 2-month training program with experienced Recruiters and Account Executives to boost your career in IT recruiting
• Work closely with a Team Lead to perfect your skills in sourcing, interviewing, and submitting candidates
• Gain experience in cold calling, interacting, and prospecting new business
• Gain a foundation for Optomi’s recruiting and sales process to eventually move into an Account Executive role

What does an Account Executive do for Optomi?

• Connect with clients/companies in the market to learn about their business needs and problems through phone calls, in-person meetings, coffees, lunches, etc.
• Develop strong partnerships with key clients/companies by informing them who Optomi is, and how we can be the ideal partner for their business needs
• Be the point-of-contact for all hiring needs between the client and recruiting team (interview feedback, updates, coordination, etc.)
• Maintain and constantly develop your own book of business through excellent written and verbal communication with clients

Position Summary:

Partners with the JHM VP of Safety and Quality to support the health system goals of eliminating preventable harm, continuously improving patient outcomes and patient/family experience, reducing waste/cost in healthcare delivery and achieving health equity. Supports external reporting to achieve national leader performance and minimize financial risk in pay for performance programs. Works collaboratively with entity and health system leaders, clinical departments, service lines and external experts to improve patient outcomes and ensure the highest performance.

Role Accountabilities Include:

• In collaboration with the JHHS VP of Safety and Quality, system and entity leaders, recommends strategic objectives for improving quality processes and outcomes, safety, equity and value that align with the national leader strategy and JHM strategic plan.
• Develops comprehensive strategic and tactical plans to achieve JHM, JHHS and Armstrong Institute goals and priorities.
• Partners to ensure a reliable, timely and streamlined safety and quality reporting system to provide clinical and administrative leadership with the information necessary to monitor performance.
• Partners to establish appropriate indicators, ensure that they are monitored, and assess for continuous improvement.
• Supports entity leaders to ensure that all external regulatory requirements are met or exceeded.
• Serves as liaison for quality and safety performance and initiatives with federal/state regulatory agencies, clinicians, leadership and external experts.
• Identifies, leads and supports interdisciplinary efforts in clinical transformation to eliminate preventable harm, improve patient outcomes and experience, reduce waste and ensure equity across the continuum of care.
• Initiatives, oversees and integrates comprehensive safety and quality programs.
• Establishes strong linkages with key stakeholders for patient safety and quality across the health system.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in healthcare, business administration or related field.
• 5 years of management experience.
• 10 years of relevant healthcare experience.
• Experience leading patient safety and quality.
• Knowledge and experience in healthcare delivery, patient safety, healthcare quality, performance improvement, healthcare regulation, pay for performance, and public reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to lead to impact patient safety and quality outcomes.
• Experience in a health system leadership role preferred
• Employees who are clinical are required to have a license in the State of Maryland as a Registered Nurse (RN), Pharmacist, a Medical Doctor (MD), a Doctor of Osteopathy (DO), or a Physician Assistant (PA), for example.
• National certification in patient safety and/or healthcare quality

POSITION SUMMARY

The Key Account Director (KAD) Sales - Oncology is responsible for the strategic engagement with Integrated Delivery Systems (IDNs), health systems, large group practices and high-volume HCPs to drive the launching, adoption and selling of the assigned portfolio of Celltrion USA, Inc. (“Company). This role is pivotal in executing market access strategies, fostering provider relationships, and ensuring successful product launches within the assigned territory. Other responsibility includes analysis of sales data to identify opportunities for business growth in assigned territory.

Territorial assignment is Washington, DC/Virginia Area.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Planning and Execution- Deliverplans and achieve sales goals on budget.

• Develop and implement comprehensive business plans tailored to key accounts and align with national objectives/local market dynamics.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities within IDNs and large health systems to maximize biosimilar uptake.
• Identify opportunities and strategies to improve the positioning of Celltrion USA products at a local level.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including formulary committees, pharmacy directors and clinical leaders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. Medical Affairs, Market Access, Marketing) to deliver cohesive value propositions.

Collaborate with Market Access & Contracting

• With Market Access, engage in negotiations and manage contracts within key accounts to ensure favorable terms that support adoption
• Monitor and address reimbursement challenges working closely with internal teams
• Engage HCPs in dialogue about approved indications, product efficacy/safety profiles, and treatment protocols to support on-label prescribing for appropriate patients.

Data Analysis and Reporting

• Analyze trends, competitive landscape and account performance
• Provide regular reports on key account metrics
• Collaborate with field salesforce as needed for pull-through

WORK EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Pharma-Commercial, pre-launch launch, and post-launch of products.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Extensive knowledge and experience in biologics, biosimilars, and the full life cycle of product launch and post-launch.
• Solid business acumen, including the ability to access and interpret company provided territory data to incorporate into call planning and execution.
• Both a team player and individual contributor.
• Demonstrated excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and visual communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly by directing the team effectively.
• Ability to travel 50% of the time

EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s Degree required in business or related field; advanced degrees, MBA, MS in business or related field is a plus.

You will:

• Provide Primary and Family evidenced-based care inclusive of accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning for our patients.

• Provide administrative duties to include but not limited to opening/closing the clinic, inventory, patient follow up, verifying insurance and collecting payment, maintaining a clean environment.

• Be responsible for handling patient appointments and performing routing examinations to ensure positive patient health outcomes

• Perform duties including speaking with patients about healthy lifestyle choices, completing diagnostic tests to help diagnose and treat patients for injuries or illnesses and coordinating with other healthcare professionals to maintain a comprehensive plan of care

• Encourage patients to become active participants in their own healthcare and well-being through services such as health screenings, behavioral health and wellness, chronic condition management

Required Qualifications:

• Active DC Family Nurse Practitioner license in good standing

• Provide holistic, evidenced-based care inclusive of accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning for our patients. This includes education and treatment for pregnancy prevention, sexually transmitted infection (STI) Prevention and safer sex practices.

• Order and administer immunizations and injections (to include but not limited to COVID19, influenza, TB, Depo) and provides evidence-based patient/parent vaccine counseling and education.

• Minimum of two years of medically relevant experience or equivalent

• Complete the DOT certification exam within 30 days of employment

• Depending on the market, the ability to be proficient in both speaking and writing in additional languages not limited to but including Spanish

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including but not limited to performing CPR and operating an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).

• Pass a FIT test and wear the provided respirator mask when protocol requires.

Education:

• Master's Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and State of Employment license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role

Preferred Qualifications:

• EPIC experience preferred

• A minimum of one year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner is preferred. 

• Experience in Family medicine or primary care practice preferred.

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
