- Shifts: 12-hour shifts (7am–7pm), Tuesday to Tuesday
- Coverage: 1–2 weeks per month
- Patient Encounters: 10–15 per shift
- Setting: Open ICU, Level 3 Trauma Center (ICU coverage, ventilator management)
- Estimated Hours per Week: 36
- Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $4,910–$5,260
Job Requirements / Qualifications
- Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (required) — board certified hospitalist preferred
- Active Washington State medical license (or ability to obtain) — Washington physician jobs candidates encouraged to apply
- Minimum 1 year of recent hospitalist experience (inpatient, ICU experience preferred)
- Current ACLS certification
- Documentation of at least 15 ventilator/vent management cases within the past 24 months (submit case log with CV; remove PHI/HIPAA-protected data)
- Experience managing adult inpatients including ICU-level care and ventilation management
- Ability to interpret EKGs and manage common inpatient clinical scenarios
- Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive inpatient care as a hospitalist physician including open ICU coverage and ventilator management
- Manage and document ventilation cases and non-invasive ventilation
- Perform and oversee adult inpatient procedures as required by facility scope
- Interpret EKGs, triage acute issues, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (anesthesia, surgery, radiology, etc.)
- Coordinate patient care and transitions, ensuring accurate and timely documentation per facility protocols
- Deliver patient-centered care in a fast-paced, supportive hospital environment

Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers: Reach out to both new and existing prospects through door-to-door visits, networking, and referrals to inform them about TDS's voice, data, and television services within your assigned territory.
- Conduct sales calls: Identify customer needs, provide relevant information, and sell TDS services to prospective customers to achieve your sales targets.
- Complete sales documentation: Accurately record and submit daily sales orders, agreements, third-party verifications, and reports to your supervisor, following company guidelines.
- Oversee customer accounts: Manage customer relationships from the initial sale through installation, conducting follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction post-installation.
- Create community buzz: Organize and participate in community events to create sales opportunities and increase brand awareness.
