We are seeking a full-time Ultrasound Technologist to join our team for a weekdays only position. 

You will perform diagnostic procedures on all parts of the body as well as the following most common exams (this list is not all inclusive):

• Limited OB
• Pelvic – trans-abdominal and trans-vaginal
• Head/Neck-thyroid, lymph nodes, carotid
• Venous- legs and arm
• Arterials limited- groin or specific 
• Arterial segmental Doppler
• Invasive procedures – Biopsies, thoracentesis and paracentesis
• You will complete the patient’s history form, document the technologist exam sheet, take vital signs and check labs as needed, completing consent forms when necessary, and re-stocking exam rooms with required supplies in between patients. 

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography is required
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• (RVT) Registered Vascular Technician must be obtained within 1 year of employment start date
• (RDMS) Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer, or (ARRT-S) Sonography must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date

The CT Technologist performs computerized tomography diagnostic procedures as outlined by the radiologist. Operates diagnostic equipment, verifies images and prepares room with necessary equipment and supplies for the procedure. Technologist is responsible for assisting in the primary mission of the medical imaging department by ensuring that proper diagnostic information is provided through the production of high-quality CT scans. Other duties include, but are not limited to; clerical, scheduling, diagnostic imaging, transportation, ordering supplies, inventory, cleaning and anything deemed necessary by the medical imaging management team. Assist in diagnostic work area as needed. Job may include direct supervision of students at the discretion of the area supervisor. Employee must have the same licensure or have completed the same training to satisfy the requirements of the discipline of the student. Direct supervision means the primary caregiver is readily available to the student throughout the shift. 

Position Requirements:

Licensure/Certification/Registration: 

• ARRT required upon hire
• SCRQSA required upon hire
• BLS – Healthcare provider on hire or within 30 days of hire from American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC)
• CT registry preferred, but not required, within 6 months of departmental orientation completion date, at which point SCRQSA ARRT will be obtained. 

Education: 

• Graduate of an AMA approved school of Radiologic Technology and/or ARRT / CNMT.

• Provide advanced medical care and operational services for Marine Reconnaissance, USMC Special Operations Forces and Navy Special Operations Command personnel, like SWCC and SEALs

Scheduled Work Hours/Shift:  M-F 8am-4:30pm, no weekends, no nights

PCT Summary: The PCT works alongside the clinical care team in providing quality and safe patient-centered care for patients during their clinic visit. Regular duties includes: triaging patient (vital signs, completing health screenings, obtaining ht/wt), rooming patient, cleaning rooms, assisting nurses with obtaining ECGs and other procedures.
