Job Duties The Pediatrics Urgent Care RN provides primary nursing support to the physician and patient to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of the patient's condition.
Provides patient education, promotes an understanding of the condition and adheres with the treatment plan.
The Registered Clinic Nurse, functions in the spirit of teamwork, is accountable for the delivery of care utilizing skills learned in the clinic.
Assists other team members on the unit.
This union role is 40 hours weekly; shifts will rotate and can vary from 8-12 hours; clinic hours are Monday
- Friday: 9:00 AM
- 9:00 PM and Saturday- Sunday: 9:00 AM
- 5:00PM.
Job Duties: Triages patient sick calls to facilitate appropriate treatment plan with providers.
Obtains and documents patient medical history, chief complaint, vital signs, and provides basic medical data base for provider, and prepares patient for examinations.
Oversees chart checks insuring that all patient completed testing is available for provider visit.
Assists providers in procedures as directed by provider to facilitate accurate diagnosis and treatment.
Collects and prepares laboratory specimens and completes associated paperwork to expedites laboratory studies with maximum accuracy and efficiency.
Executes and documents ongoing patient communication.
Provides instruction to ensure patient's understanding of medical condition and compliance with treatment instructions.
Inserts, monitors, regulates and discontinues IV's as required by provider.
Administers medications, IV push medications, and topical medications.
Routinely inspects and observes condition and operations of diagnostic equipment and instrumentation to ensure proper operation and identify need for preventative and corrective maintenance.
May clean, sterilize and prepare instruments, according to established protocols, to ensure required level of asepsis and adequate availability.
Cleans and sets up procedure rooms between cases, ensures required level of asepsis, availability of appropriate instruments and equipment, and preparation of patient.
Educate patients on all aspects of medication and treatments as appropriate.
Assists in all aspects of day to-day clinic activity.

Job Duties This role is per diem.
Hours are typically 8am-4:30 PM.
At least two (2) years of prior RN experience is required.
Pediatric and/or Obstetrics experience is preferred.
Position Details The Registered Nurse Case Manager assesses, plans, implements, coordinates, monitors and evaluates all options and services with the goal of optimizing the patient or member's health status.
Manages utilization and practice metrics to further refine the delivery of care model to maximize clinical, quality, and fiscal outcomes.
Integrates evidence-based clinical guidelines, preventive guidelines, protocols, and other metrics in the development of treatment plans that are patient-centric, promoting quality and efficiency in the delivery of healthcare for the identified population.
Develops systems of care that monitor progress and promote early intervention in acute care situations.
Assists with the design, implementation, and evaluation of the advanced patient centered care model.
Assesses the healthcare, educational and psychosocial needs of patients or members.
Designs an individualized plan of care and fosters a team approach by working collaboratively with the patient or member, family, primary care provider, and other members of the health care team to ensure coordination of services.
Continuously evaluates laboratory results, diagnostic tests, utilization patterns and other metrics to monitor quality and efficiency results for assigned population.
Works to appropriately apply benefits and utilization management serving as a resource to the patient or member and healthcare team.
Maintains required documentation for all case management activities.
Collects required data and utilizes this data to adjust the treatment plan when indicated.

Devereux has an exciting opportunity to become a Cognitive Rehabilitation Therapist with our Adult Services Community Adult Autism Participation Program!
This is an Independent Contractor (1099) position. Devereux's Community Adult Autism Partnership Program (CAAPP) provides personal growth opportunities for adults, ages 21 and over, with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, emotional and/or behavioral differences, and brain injuries.
The goal of CAAPP is to provide instruction and support across work, community and home environments that will facilitate participants in becoming a more independent, productive, socially connected member of his or her local community. This unique model focuses on partnering with community supports to maximize each consumer's potential.
CAAPP is seeking Cognitive Rehabilitation Specialist (CRT) who have a bachelor's or master's degree in an allied health field, (communication disorders, counseling, education, psychology, physical therapy, occupational therapy, recreation therapy, social work, or special education). Our CRTs serve participants residing in Montgomery County, Chester County and Delaware counties.

As a Cognitive Rehabilitation Therapist at Devereux:

As a CRT for CAAPP you will:
Provide community-based support and skill development to young adults diagnosed with autism who are transitioning out of educational programs
Provide support to participants in the areas of communication, social skills, self-care, work readiness, vocational training, and community based supportive employment
Use evidence-based instructional strategies to help participants achieve goals across home, community and work settings
Complete progress notes and data collection for each participant.
Work with the Integration Specialist and Behavior Support Specialist, if applicable, to identify areas of strength and need.

Delivery drivers are expected to maintain a positive representation of T & M Hardware & Rental both on the road and off. The main task of a delivery driver is to provide timely delivery of customers' orders and provide setup and operational instructions to the customer as needed.
