As a Senior Manager, ML Infrastructure, you will lead multiple engineering teams to define the vision, strategy, and execution plan for ML infrastructure stack and deliver highly extensible systems that fuel personalized discovery at global scale. You will bring clarity to ambiguity, architecting infrastructure that dramatically improves the agility, usability, and extensibility of our ML solutions. Summary Description:
- High level design position involved in non-routine and complex assignments. Project Engineers and Project Architects work with the Project Manager to develop design solutions of a specific discipline which are incorporated into contract documents by the design team. While these positions are primarily technical, assistance with some project management duties is likely.
Primary Duties:
- Assist the PM in developing design parameters, scopes of service and person-hour estimates during the proposal stage
- Assign individual work tasks and provide guidance to subordinate team members of that design discipline. Discuss the desired expectations of the delegated work including the amount of time estimated to complete the work
- Responsible for the quality control of work products (e.g., reports, studies, drawings, letters, calculations, memos, etc.) for the specific discipline

Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Quality Engineer with aerospace industry experience to support and strengthen our Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure compliance with industry standards. This role will be responsible for driving quality assurance initiatives, managing non-conformance processes, leading corrective actions, and supporting cross-functional teams to achieve zero-defect performance.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, hands-on experience with AS9100 standards, and the ability to collaborate effectively across Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with AS9100 Quality Management System requirements.
- Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and drive timely and effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Lead Material Review Board (MRB) activities and coordinate with Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing teams for disposition and resolution.
- Conduct thorough Root Cause Analysis using methodologies such as 8D, 5 Whys, and Fishbone diagrams.
- Review and authorize returned materials from customers, ensuring appropriate documentation and disposition.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality documentation, procedures, and work instructions.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret quality data from production, inspection, suppliers, and customer feedback to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Develop and execute Zero Defect Plans (ZDP) to improve product quality and reduce defects.

Required Qualifications

CSArch, an A/E firm with offices in Albany and Newburgh, NY is currently seeking a full-time Project Engineer for the Albany office. The Project Engineer II has at least 5 years of experience as a Licensed Engineer (Electrical). The successful candidate should possess an Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree of Engineering. The candidate must have at least 3 years of Revit experience. This position is primarily responsible for the technical engineering and production aspects of medium to large projects from conceptual design through construction closeout.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leads in-house building systems design / engineering team through development of design and construction documentation process. Could also provide Project Engineer support as part of a larger project team on larger projects.
- Develops and coordinates with all engineering disciplines and architecture team to produce construction documents. Involved in field investigations, detailed engineering design work and development of design computations.
- Oversees code compliance with applicable engineering codes, standards and guidelines. Informs, directs and trains engineers-in-training and less experienced project engineers relative to these.
- Develops and coordinates engineering technical specifications.

GMA Engineering is seeking an experienced Change Manager to support major infrastructure and transportation programs. The role supports procurement, project delivery, contract administration, and change order management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage change management processes during project delivery
- Evaluate proposed scope, cost, and schedule changes and provide technical recommendations
- Manage the Notice of Proposed Changes (NPC) Log, ensuring accurate documentation and traceability
- Support review, negotiation, and approval of Contractor-Initiated Change Orders (CICs) and claims
