Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Omaha, NE for a Pre-construction Manager/Estimator. The role involves managing pre-construction processes, including cost estimation, budgeting, and developing project timelines. Key responsibilities include reviewing project plans, overseeing project scope and specifications, preparing cost estimates, and collaborating with architects, engineers, and subcontractors. The position also requires maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring compliance with construction safety standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in Construction, Project Control, and related technical aspects of pre-construction and project management.
- Proficiency in Budgeting and cost estimation to ensure financial and resource planning accuracy.
- Demonstrated Supervisory Skills to manage teams effectively and lead pre-construction processes.
- Knowledge and commitment to Construction Safety practices to ensure workplace safety and compliance with regulations.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

HomeServices of Nebraska is looking for a Jr. Escrow Closer to fill their Lincoln, NE office. This position is full time, working Monday through Friday 40 hours per week. This position is a liaison between lenders and escrow closers and will communicate and coordinate with lenders for the preparation of settlement statements, file balancing and related lender requirements. Serve as support staff to Escrow Closers.
Job Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Job Functions)

- Coordinate and communicate with lenders.
- Review and organize file in preparation for closing.
- Communicate with title closing processors to update information.
- Prepare and revise settlement statements to balance with lender financing detail.
- Coordinate with all parties to ensure mortgage documents and funds are delivered in a timely manner.
- Work with appropriate parties to clear up outstanding title issues.
- Primary support for escrow closers while providing occasional support for title closing processors.
- Update required information needed for settlement preparation.
- Perform any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned.

Marathon TS is seeking a Construction Observer to support a cleared Department of Defense (DoD) construction project at Offutt AFB. This position is responsible for providing independent on-site observation and reporting to ensure compliance with security, safety, and quality standards. The Observer will not perform hands-on construction but will act as the eyes and ears of the government/prime contractor team, documenting activities and raising concerns when deviations occur.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily construction activities to ensure compliance with DoD security, safety, and quality standards.
- Verify that all personnel, materials, and equipment on site are properly authorized and compliant with clearance requirements.
