Overall responsibility for adherence with regulatory compliance and operational risk through the effective management of Bank staff, leading to growth and profitability.


MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


· Responsible for all Compliance, BSA/AML/OFAC and Operational functions including, but not limited to, Deposit Operations, Treasury Management, Audit, legal matters, and fraud, ensuring internal controls and compliance efforts are maintained and appropriate for the size and complexity of the Bank and in line with the expectations of federal and state regulatory authorities

· Serving as the Bank’s Chief Risk Officer - Leading the organization’s Enterprise Risk Management framework, developing policies, controls, and monitoring processes to proactively manage risk exposure.

· Identifies new laws, rules, regulatory requirements and/or guidance, and incorporates such elements into bank policies and procedures to ensure compliance

· Monitoring Audit program including scheduling, interface and resolution of any exceptions and recommendations and the resulting response and follow up to verify required corrective action has been implemented. Direct reporting responsibility to the Audit Committee Chair on audit matters, facilitating independent oversight and resolution of audit and compliance issues.

· In collaboration with the CEO and President sets and drives the organizational vision and mission, corporate strategy, and hiring needs.

Job Summary

Electrical Controls Engineers at client design, program, implement, troubleshoot, and improve our electronic control systems to better automate, control, and monitor our production processes. The Electrical Controls Engineer applies comprehensive electrical engineering skills and industry experience in support of the design, fabrication, and implementation of new equipment. They need to be proficient in a variety of logic control hardware, HMI’s and programming software, as well as the associated sensors, vision systems, motors, drives, actuators, and industrial communication networks. Primary Responsibilities

  • Design and program new and/or upgraded control systems for our manufacturing equipment to be used on both new and existing products.

·      Collaborate with Flavorists by providing guidance on how to improve flavor performance in specific beverage or food applications

·      Evaluate and record results of testing including product attributes, formulations, and processing parameters; maintain in an organized manner

·      Communicates results/observations to manager

·      Maintain appropriate inventories of commonly used ingredients and laboratory supplies

·      Maintain accurate and complete records

·      Maintain an organized work area, following GMP’s


Qualifications:

·      Bachelor’s Degree Required – Food Science or related field

·      Lab experience in the food industry a plus

·      Culinary experience a plus

·      Beverage experience a plus

·      Ability to communicate effectively and appropriately with other employees of the organization

·      Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize while maintaining attention to detail

·      Self-motivated, resourceful, creative, teachable

·      Ability to multi-task and manage time


Compensation Range: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
