A dedicated, smaller‑scale Memory Care Unit tailored for residents with dementia. Key Responsibilities

As an RN (Registered Nurse):

You will apply the nursing process to diagnose, plan, and deliver high-quality care for residents with varying needs. Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting comprehensive admission assessments

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the highest standard of care is provided to residents while maintaining compliance with policies and procedures.

  • Troubleshoot and problem-solve issues that arise with staff, residents, and family members.
