Burn Table Supervisor

Location: Youngstown, OH Shift: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM (Overtime Required) Pay: $22–$24 per hour (Based on Experience) Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Burn Table Supervisor to oversee second-shift burn table operations at our Youngstown facility.
This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate production, maintaining workflow efficiency, and supporting team members on the floor.
Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily burn table operations Perform and verify all required production measurements and calculations Assist team members with job-related math and layout calculations Ensure quality standards and production deadlines are met Maintain a safe and organized work environment Communicate effectively with team members and management Requirements Strong math skills (must be able to complete and verify calculations independently) Ability to work overtime as needed Strong attention to detail Dependable with good attendance Preferred Qualifications Previous leadership or supervisory experience Experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
