Innovative Driven is currently seeking an Associate Attorney (Commercial Litigation) to join a growing law firm. This is an exciting opportunity to work from Wilmington/Lewes, DE in the corporate and commercial litigation practice area.
The ideal candidate will have at 1-3+ years of Commercial/Business experience, but the firm is open to considering candidates with litigation experience from other sectors.
This is a wonderful opportunity to join a dynamic and busy law practice! The role is hybrid, with 3 days onsite in Wilmington/Lewes, DE 2 days remote!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drafting/reviewing/responding to discovery documents
- Conducting and/or defending depositions
- Court appearances
- Motion practice
- Performing research
REQUIREMENTS:
- JD from an accredited law school
- Admission to Delaware bar
- 1-3+ years of litigation experience is required
- Chancery experience preferred
