Safety Manager Job Description: The HITT Safety Manager is responsible for the safety performance and safety development of their assigned business units and direct reports.

This individual is a safety resource at the project, business unit and corporate levels.

Director, Business Development Job Description: The Business Development Director primarily works to establish new business relationships for the purpose of securing new projects or clients.

The Business Development Director will be responsible for their individual sales as well as the management of sales for their respective business unit.

Very strong communication, attention to detail, and negotiation skills.

Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

Industry references required prior to interview.
