They’re looking for a Concrete Project Manager who can run projects confidently, manage the numbers, and keep operations moving from preconstruction through closeout.

This contractor has a solid pipeline of work, strong GC relationships, and long-term stability.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years construction experience with a concrete contractor or GC

• Proven experience managing structural or cast-in-place concrete projects

• Background delivering $5M–$40M+ concrete packages

• Strong understanding of budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change orders

• Ability to coordinate closely with superintendents, field teams, and general contractors

We are seeking experienced Event Producers to be the primary lead for the planning and execution of high-profile live events, conferences, tours, and special projects nationwide. Event Producers serve as the central point of coordination between clients, vendors, and internal departments, ensuring that every element of the event is delivered on time, on brand, and within budget. Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of event production, from planning through on-site execution and post-show wrap-up
• Manage the onsite team (ranging from 5-100 people) leading the execution of the event
• Develop and manage event timelines, budgets, and production schedules
• Serve as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle
• Oversee production logistics including staging, audio/visual, signage, creative builds, and run of show
• Collaborate with design, operations, and technical teams to ensure alignment with client objectives
• Conduct site visits, manage vendor relationships, and coordinate permitting or venue logistics as needed
• Supervise setup, live execution, and strike of all event elements
• Troubleshoot operational or technical challenges quickly and effectively
• Prepare post-event reports and budget reconciliations for internal review

Qualifications

Environment

• Work is performed both in-office (Alexandria, VA) and on-site at event locations nationwide. Producers should expect irregular hours and on-call availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays during active event periods.

Job Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Job Functions)

• Cultivates partnerships with local real estate sales offices by marketing property management services to agents and managers.
• Onboards new accounts, including providing recommendations to owners in terms of marketability, improvements, and pricing.
• Markets rental properties through the Multiple Listing Service and advises owners of progress of showings, feedback and applicants.
• Processes applicants for tenancy after obtaining screening with owner consultation.
• Conduct, coordinate and review property surveys/inspections for lease compliance, maintenance oversight and recommendation for lease renewal.
• Prepares all management leases. Assures that certified funds and security deposit have been collected. Monitors unpaid rents and assures delinquency notices are sent. Recommends initiation of legal actions in a timely manner as needed.
• Coordinates and negotiates lease renewals, including recommended rent increases
• Communicates and advises owner in a timely manner of actions and or funds needed to maintain property.
• Maintains property files in AppFolio and keeps operations team and Customer Experience team updated on status of properties.
• Communicates with owners regarding vacancies, leasing activity, applications, new tenants, lease renewals and property legal matters such as HOA, condo or formal complaints in.
• Stays informed on maintenance, inspections, and other items that involve the property.

Education:

• College degree preferred or equivalent combination of training and experience

• Knowledge of accounting/bookkeeping fundamentals helpful
