Job Summary
The Certified Medical Assistant/LPN assists with clinical operations at our Issaquah location to keep patient flow smooth and efficient while providing a high level of patient care. This role works with patients of all ages and assists with rooming patients, collecting vitals, and performing point-of-care testing associated with asthma and allergy care. Our office maintains a supportive and efficient working environment with a 2:1 CMA to provider ratio. Typically, our offices have 1-2 doctors, and each doctor sees between 14-22 patients per day. This structure ensures a balanced workload and allows for high-quality patient care.
Duties:
- Check in patients and record vital signs, medication history, drug allergy verification, review of symptoms list. Conduct preliminary test as appropriate based on the problem list or patient’s presenting symptoms. Enter all data into the EMR system.
- Perform procedures without error in a timely fashion as ordered by the provider.
- Responsible for patient education including but not limited to medications care planning, disease process understanding, environmental controls and device teaching. Document specific take home messages to the patient in the EMR system.
- Take inventory of supplies and re-stock as needed. Maintain sample medications, and printed information for patients.
- Turn exam room to prepare for next patient.
Requirements:
We are seeking a candidate with the following:
- Current Washington State LPN or CMA license
- Must have completed the 7 hours state mandated AIDS/HIV training program.
- CPR/First aid for healthcare professionals card.
- Washington state insured Medical Assistant certification or registration proof.
- Comprehension of EMR/HER recordkeeping system for delivery of healthcare. Prior experience on Athena, Epic, GE or other system is required.
- Self-motivation, empathy, and stellar interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask
- Enthusiasm and desire to participate as a team member and gain a variety of technical skills
- A history of working in an outpatient setting, preferably in asthma/allergy, ENT, pediatric, or dermatology specialty offices

Basic Qualifications
PTCB or ExCPT certification (except in Puerto Rico)
One year of work experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or hospital setting.

Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.
Willingness to obtain active immunization certification within 90 days of hire (except in Community Specialty Pharmacy, Health System Pharmacy locations, or in locations where this role is covered under a collective bargaining agreement)
Preferred Qualifications
Prefer to have prior work experience with Walgreens.
Prefer good math skills (counting, measuring and weighing medications).

About the role:
The Office Assistant has to ensure day-to-day office tasks, functions and deliverables are being managed. Pay & Benefits:
The anticipated salary range for this position starts from $130K yearly. Actual pay will be based on job-related skills, experience, location, and internal equity, as permitted by Washington State law. Certain roles may be eligible for a bonus/incentive.

Role Summary
The Medical Education Assistant serves as the operational backbone for our medical conference portfolio. Under the leadership of the Director of Education Programs, this role manages the lifecycle of owned conferences accreditation and faculty engagement—from initial invitation to onsite presentation. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional who can navigate the complexities of CME/CE accreditation (ACCME, ACPE, etc.) and seamlessly manage projects at different stages of execution while providing high-touch concierge service to world-renowned oncology experts. This role will own and manage the lifecycle of 9-10 conferences per year and travel as support for additional 4-5 conferences.
Key Responsibilities
Faculty Management for Owned Conferences
- Lead all formal communications with invited faculty, including invitations, disclosure collection, and presentation requests.
- Coordinate complex travel logistics, including flight forms, hotel blocks, and honoraria processing.
- Ensure all speaker materials (bios, photos, and slide decks) are collected, organized, and formatted for the event.
Accreditation & Compliance

- Serve as the primary scribe for planning sessions, distributing concise meeting minutes and an updated "Action Items" tracker within 24 hours.
- Monitor project timelines to ensure all departmental milestones are met.
Onsite Conference Support
- Travel 1–2 times per month to provide onsite conference support.
- Act as the primary point of contact for faculty & attendee check-ins, slide deck management, and meeting room logistics.

Candidate Requirements

Reports To: Recreation Supervisor, Recreation Program Coordinator, or Designee

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Provide support to, and collaborate with, Recreation Coordinator and other city staff as needed to assist with planning, preparing, and implementing recreation programs, specifically youth sports programs.
- Lead, instruct, and teach participants using excellent sportsmanship and inclusivity.
- Provide each participant the opportunity to succeed and grow their social skills through recreational opportunities.
- Understand, explain and up-hold program and facility expectations.
- Ensure program/facility rules, policies and procedures are followed; maintain and enforce safety standards.
- Responsible for reporting all participant behavioral problems and incidents to appropriate staff and supervisor.
- Provide attendance and facility reports as required.
- Attend and supervise program participants during field trips and special events.
- Provide a positive attitude toward program participants and staff; encourage and serve as a positive role model for program participants.
- Understand, explain, and enforce facility rules.
- Keep area tidy, organized, and welcoming to patrons.
- Depending on position, may be responsible for overall program supervision, facilitating activities, site rentals, and field use.
- Depending on position may provide direction to other supplemental staff.
- Assist in defining and recommending program goals and objectives.
- Ensure proper use, care, and storage of program equipment.
- Maintain communication with staff, participants, parents/guardian as needed.
- Responsible for the designated site location to ensure proper program set-up, security measures and the general cleaning of the facility.
- May work in more than one assignment in the department.
- Administer first aid as needed.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Recreation Leader 1:
- At least 16 years of age.
- Must be able to successfully pass a required background check.
- Volunteer experience related to recreation preferred.
Recreation Leader 2:
- At least 18 years of age.
- Minimum 2 years of previous work, or volunteer, experience related to the designated or assigned recreation program required.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Some positions may require successful passing of a required driving record check.
- Successful passing a required background check.
Recreation Leader 3:
- At least 18 years of age, some positions may require at least 21 years of age.
- Minimum 4 years of previous work, or volunteer, experience related to the designated or assigned recreation program required.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Some positions may require successful passing of a required driving record check.
- Successful passing a required background check.
COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS:
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of assigned recreation programs, activities, and services.
- Demonstrate knowledge of safety guidelines and practices.

- Ability to navigate emergency situations.
- Work with diverse groups of people in a tactful, effective, and respectful manner.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, the community and program participants.
- Follow instructions, both written and verbal.
- Ability to safely perform job tasks in a variety of park and non-park settings.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Communicate with City employees and residents.
- Lift or move items weighing up to 50 pounds on occasion.
- Drive to offsite locations to perform essential functions (Recreation Leader 2 or 3 positions).
- Move throughout City facilities and buildings.
- Operate a computer and other office equipment.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Work is performed both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Noise level is moderately loud.
- Work various schedules including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver products by car and then to the door of the customer.
- Deliver flyers and door hangers.
- Operate all equipment.
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
- Prepare products.
- Receive and process telephone orders.
- Clean equipment and facilities approximately daily.
Required Skills:
- Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
- Access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.
- Held a valid Driver's License for at least 2 years.
- Submit to a criminal background check.
- Possess navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area and must be able to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings and private homes.
- Use a personal phone for Domino's Delivery Driver in store app.
- May have to drive and deliver in adverse weather conditions.
