JOB SUMMARY:
Perform general duty police work involving the protection of life and property; the enforcement of laws and ordinances; prevention and investigation of crimes and maintenance of order, and positively engage with community members on an assigned shift. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND LICENSE REQUIREMENTS:

TESTING PROCESS:
Those individuals who have passed both the written and physical agility tests will have their information forwarded to the City of Renton by Public Safety Testing. A 70% on the written exam is required to move forward in the process. An oral board interview may be scheduled for the top candidates. Candidates must obtain an 70% passing score in the oral board to be placed on the Eligibility List. (Candidates that do not pass the oral board are eligible to re-test 90 days from the previous oral board date.) A combined (interview weighted at 70% and the written test weighted at 30%) minimum score of 70% is required for placement on the eligibility list. Veterans and Language Preference Points are awarded to eligible candidates who make the request and include the proper qualifying documentation after successfully passing an interview.

The City of Renton is recruiting for part-time Outside Services positions at the City's Maplewood Golf Course. Duties will include providing cart attendance, monitoring the driving range facility, and providing marshal services. Under the direction of the Farmers Market Coordinator, maintain and support the onsite, weekly operations of Renton Farmers Market (RFM). Assist with setup and take down of equipment and materials at RFM each Market Day. Work every Tuesday starting June 3 through September 30, 2025 for 8-10 hours each Market Day, with occasional additional hours and days for pre- and post-Market Day duties and special projects.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Job Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- 8+ years of proven experience in logistics vendor management, logistics operations, or logistics procurement. Prior experience in developing and managing marketplace or e-commerce logistics solutions is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in analyzing logistics data and implementing data-driven strategies to optimize supply chain performance.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong ability to interpret complex data and turn insights into impactful, actionable outcomes.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Associate Project Manager is responsible for supporting and advancing construction projects throughout all phases of planning, design, bidding, construction and closeout. This position exercises independent judgment, analytical thinking and proactive problem solving to ensure projects remain aligned with scope, schedule and budget objectives.
The Associate Project Manager partners closely with Project Managers and Project Administrator while taking ownership of assigned responsibilities, demonstrating initiative, strong organizational capacity, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Planning & Design Support
· Coordinate preparation of internal project documentation in support of Construction Management and Project Management teams.
· Assist in defining scope, budget, and schedule for assigned projects.
· Support the design and permitting process, including drawing review, permit application preparation, and value engineering.
· Apply construction divisions and category codes to budgets and bid packages as applicable.
Bidding, Documentation & Project Controls
· Prepare bid comparisons, accurately summarizing project scope and comparative costs to past projects.
· Oversee organization and tracking of project components, including submittals, RFIs, bid packages, project schedules, and change orders.
· Partner with the Project Administrator to review and process required paperwork and documentation from contractors, subcontractors, and vendors, including contracts, certificates of insurance, proposals, and lien releases.
Financial Administration, Closeout & Compliance
· Partner with the Project Administrator to process invoices and payment applications for review and approval.
· Monitor billing accuracy, contract reconciliation, and compliance with lien waiver requirements.
· Support and help facilitate the project closeout process, ensuring projects are closed out in a timely and comprehensive manner.
· Support the needs and requirements of the Company and adhere to established project management methods, procedures, and quality objectives.
