Full-time/part-time opening for a Cake Decorator.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Manage and execute Cake decoration operations.  

Initiate the cake order. 

Decorate cakes to customer specification for nature of design/theme.

Responsible for all aspects of cake decorating operations from initiating/receiving the order through meeting customer specified pick up time of cake order. 

Responsible for cake decorating equipment, maintaining and ordering decorating supplies.

SHIFT LEADER

Shift Leaders are responsible for coaching Crew Members throughout their shift to execute Dunkin’ Donuts operational standards and deliver a great guest experience.

Responsibilities Include:

Team Environment - Talk employees into, through, and out of position on each shift, communicating responsibilities, providing feedback, and recognizing achievements in a respectful manner. Deploy team members appropriately to meet guests’ needs and service standards throughout shift. Support training of Crew Members as directed by Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager. Communicate goals and hold team members accountable for performance during shift.

Operations Excellence for Guest Satisfaction - Hold guests as highest priority and role model exceptional guest service. Drive sense of urgency through Crew Members to satisfy guests’ needs and resolve problems. Reinforce the use of systems, tools, and procedures throughout shift, while taking appropriate steps to correct deficiencies. Monitor team performance to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness standards are met throughout shift. Complete all required training including ServSafe® certification.

Profitability - Ensure restaurant standards and marketing initiatives are properly executed during shift. Follow all systems and processes to control labor costs, food costs, and cash throughout shift. Monitor and ensure Crew Members comply with all policies and procedures related to cleanliness, food safety, and restaurant safety and security during shift. Report equipment issues, provide Crew Member performance feedback, and discuss other restaurant opportunities with Restaurant Manager. Comply with all restaurant, Brand, and franchisee policies.

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Manage, complete, and document regular EHS audits and inspections as needed to assure compliance with applicable permits, regulations, and requirements.
• Coordinate visits from internal and external regulatory authorities and file annual local, state and federal environmental reports potentially including air, waste, water, Tier II, and Form R.
• Supports corporate and on-site initiatives, assignments, projects, and processes.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local EHS regulations by staying informed about changes, interpreting requirements, and implementing necessary adjustments to programs, processes, and policies.
• Directs, develops, and delivers EHS training programs to employees at all levels, to ensure employees’ knowledge, understanding and adherence to safety and environmental regulations pertaining to all facilities.
• Manages the proper handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous materials, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations.
• Analyze safety history, manufacturing processes, product machinery, and chemical exposures to determine safety hazards, identify trends, and develop safety strategies to correct and prevent potential accidents or health hazards.
• Establish and promote a culture of continuous improvement in EHS performance by evaluating existing programs, identifying areas for enhancement, and coordinating development of and EHS improvement strategic plan, collaborating with site managers.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree Required - Preferably in Occupational Safety & Health or Related Field
• Certifications Preferred - Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM), Certified Safety Professional (ASP/CSP), Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), ,
• 3-6 Years' of EHS Experience in Manufacturing or Industrial Environment
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), Visio, Outlook email and calendar.
• Proven leadership experience in both safety and environmental.
