What You'll Be Doing
Operate and monitor plant equipment to ensure safe and efficient production.
Perform routine inspections, lubrication, and minor mobile equipment repairs on a rotational basis.
Conduct pre-shift autonomous inspections and report findings.
Monitor and maintain quarry water pumps and related systems.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
What Are We Looking For
Ability to operate and troubleshoot plant and mobile equipment safely and effectively.
Familiarity with lubrication practices, basic mechanical repairs, and pump systems.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
Capability to perform physical tasks and work in varying outdoor conditions.
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.
Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
Physical Demands
Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, and lift materials up to 50 pounds for extended periods.
