This is an exceptional opportunity for a driven corporate attorney to advise high-profile technology clients on complex M&A and general corporate matters in the heart of Silicon Valley.

What You'll Do

• Advise corporate clients on acquisitions, dispositions, minority investments, and general corporate matters with a focus on the technology sector
• Draft and negotiate transaction documents with a high degree of autonomy and ownership
• Manage deal timelines and client communications directly — expect significant client contact from day one
• Work alongside senior partners on emerging growth and startup transactions in addition to traditional M&A
• Actively contribute to business development efforts and cultivate long-term client relationships

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from a top-tier law school; strong academic credentials required
• Law school graduation year 2018–2021
• 3–6 years of M&A and general corporate transactional experience at a top law firm
• Deep familiarity with corporate law fundamentals and current market terms
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a demonstrated ability to handle responsibilities with autonomy
• Admission to the California bar (or eligibility to waive in)
