A Restaurant Supervisor should not only supervise their team but lead it to acheive their goals. A Restaurant Supervisor will assist in the planning and management at Taco Bell - Anthem in order to achieve customer satisfaction, quality service, compliance with store policies all while meeting and/or exceeding financial goals. Applicants for this role should have effective verbal and written communication skills.

Restaurant Supervisor responsibilities
-Monitor team members to follow all service standards.
-Supervise service of guests, being watchful of signals from guests in need of service.
-Assist manager to establish and monitor sidework duty completion.
-Read daily communication sheets from previous shift and prepare one for the following shift.
-Check restaurant for cleanliness and set up. Check tables for cleanliness and proper set up.

There is hospital rounding every fourth weekend for the group's patients as well.

Excellent base salary and production incentive available along with benefits.

Located in Bucks County, PA this practice offers easy access to Philadelphia and a friendly staff to work with.

Up to $300,000 base salary.

Flexible scheduling
- As long as the patients are being seen, the doctor can come in as early or as late as desired Up to 4 weeks PTO.

The average number of patient encounters is 20-25.

Bonuses for additional patients seen will range from $20,000
- $50,000 annually.
