Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Project Manager based in New Orleans, LA. The Construction Project Manager will oversee and coordinate construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met. Daily responsibilities include managing construction schedules, supervising project teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing project budgets, and liaising with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes. Additionally, the role requires efficient communication, adaptability, and problem-solving skills to address any challenges that arise during construction projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in Construction Project Management and Project Coordination
• Strong expertise in Budgeting and overall financial oversight for construction projects
• Proven skills in Construction Management, including coordinating contractors, suppliers, and resources
• Knowledge and proficiency in Project Management principles and tools
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in New Orleans, LA
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in large-scale construction projects or similar industries is an advantage

• Rescue patients and deliver emergency care from the back of a helicopter

  Areas of training include but are not limited to diving physics, scuba and surface-supplied air diving, recognition and treatment of diving related illnesses.
