Overview

We are seeking an Office Supervisor to oversee daily administrative operations and supports human resources functions to ensure efficient office management and organizational compliance.

Duties

• Supervise daily office operations and ensure workflow efficiency
• Oversee administrative staff and assign tasks
• Develop and maintain office procedures and policies
• Monitor office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
• Coordinate internal communications and documentation
• Assist with recruitment coordination (scheduling interviews, onboarding documentation)
• Maintain employee records and personnel files
• Support payroll processing and timekeeping accuracy
• Help coordinate employee training and compliance requirements
• Serve as a liaison between employees and HR leadership
• Ensure adherence to company policies and employment regulations
• Prepare periodic administrative and HR-related reports
• Support management with operational projects
• Coordinate communication between departments

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
• 2–5 years of administrative or supervisory experience
• Knowledge of basic HR practices and employment laws
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar systems

Preferred:

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin

• Clinical Role:
  • CRNA turnover rate is very low
  • General structure of the team: MD/CRNA care model
  • 100% supervised
  • Shift times are variable with potential for call
  • At least one 24-hour shift per month must be on a Saturday or Sunday
  • Shift choices:
    - 1 required 24-hour shift + 1 additional 24-hour shift (48 hours/week)
    - 1 required 24-hour shift + 1 16-hour shift (40 hours/week)
    - 1 required 24-hour shift + 2 12-hour shifts (48 hours/week)
  • Patient age demographic: pediatric, adolescent, adult, geriatric
  • Spinals and epidurals can be done by CRNAs, all nerve blocks are done by MDs. We have fellowship-trained MDs for this.
  • Preops are for the most part done by the MDs unless it's a MAC case where the CRNAs can do it.
  • Trauma level II
  • 10 ORs
  • Coverage for Procedural Care Units. 2 providers would need general OR experience (no neuro or cardiac experience required) and one provider would preferably have outpatient endoscopy experience with MAC.
  • Average 4-5 cases a day when working a 12 hour (primarily Ortho and Neuro Cases)
  • Neuro cases: the OR team is comprised of surgeon, Surgical Assistant, Scrub Tech, and OR RN circulator.
  • Ortho cases utilize 2 surgical assistants, depending on the type of case.

This is a busy, well-established practice with an associated sleep center.

They perform nerve conduction studies, EEG, minimal electromyograms, and share code strokes all while seeing daily patients.

• Support subject-matter expert on leave of absence administration including generating leave reports and tracking leaves in Workday.
• Ensure employee leaves of absence in are compliance with policies and regulations (i.e. disability leaves, FMLA, VESSA, etc.).
• Conduct employee interactive process regarding leave processes and paperwork.
• Manage follow up and correspondence with employees and management regarding expected return to work dates.
• Update the leave vendor and appropriate HR staff on specific employee leaves.
• Assist with the Accommodation process to ensure compliance with ADA.
• Handle unemployment compensation cases, including participation during hearings and prepares and provide responses to unemployment vendor.
• Provide guidance and interpretation to employees and managers on Silver Cross workplace policies.
• Assist in updating workplace (HR) policies and procedures.
• Plan, coordinate and implement HR orientations for new and promoted leaders.

Medical Assistant

• Demonstrates ability to recognize urgent/emergent needs of patients and initiate appropriate emergency procedures as needed.
