WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:Job Summary
The Unit Supervisor oversees daily operations of the nursing unit to ensure high-quality care for residents. This role involves leading and supervising the nursing team, coordinating care plans, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining a safe and efficient environment. The Unit Supervisor fosters a collaborative work culture, facilitates communication with residents, families, and surveyors, and ensures goals related to care quality, resident satisfaction, and staff retention are met.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Oversees daily operations of the nursing unit to ensure consistent, high quality resident care.
• Supervises nursing staff while fostering accountability, teamwork, and professional growth.
• Conducts daily resident rounds, identifies care needs, and addresses concerns promptly and effectively.
• Reports resident care issues to the Director of Health Services.
• Coordinates and contributes to individualized care plan development to support optimal resident outcomes.
• Participates in the nursing on call rotation and provides clinical guidance to staff as needed.
• Supports and contributes to staff performance evaluations, coaching, and ongoing competency development.
• Serves as a liaison with external surveyors and agencies.
• Promotes and models customer service excellence and nursing best practices.
• Ensures compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, maintaining readiness for surveys and audits.
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education: Associate Degree
Experience: 1-3 years
Licenses and Certifications
Must have and maintain a current, valid nursing license and current, valid CPR certification.
Physical Requirements
Sitting, standing, bending, reaching, stretching, stooping, walking, and moving intermittently during working hours. Must be able to lift at least 50lbs. Must be able to maintain verbal and written communication with co-workers, supervisors, residents, family members, visitors, vendors, and all business associates outside of the health campus.

About the Role
As a Solutions Consultant in our Corporate Legal market, you will become an expert on the use of LexisNexis products and the value they provide legal professionals. The Legal Training Consultant is responsible for providing education and support, building preference, and driving usage of our solutions. You will retain and grow revenue within assigned territory. You will build solid relationships within accounts, understand customer needs, provide high-quality consultation and lead generation. This role involves assisting legal professionals with use of LexisNexis research tools, providing legal research assistance, and partnering with Sales to grow revenue for the Business.

Responsibilities
- Providing consultative services to legal research customers through proactive outreach to ensure maximized use and understanding of LexisNexis products
- Communicating credibly with customers to understand their challenges and provide guidance, education and consultation to help improvement
- Proactively reaching out to customers via phone and email to uncover training and product needs
- Delivering specialized customer presentations and trainings, communicating our value propositions, and highlighting competitor differentiators to retain and drive revenue
- Collaborating with internal partners to drive preference and develop strategic account plans
- Partnering with Sales to provide product demonstrations for prospective and current customers to grow revenue for the business
- Identifying and sharing upsell leads and opportunities with sales partners

Requirements
- Juris Doctor degree; or comparable experience in a paralegal or compliance role

Gestational Carrier Requirements
To ensure a safe and successful journey for both carrier and baby, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Between 21–39 years old
- U.S. citizen living in a surrogate-friendly state
- Have delivered at least one child and are currently parenting
- No more than two (2) C-sections
- Not receiving government or public assistance (including Medicaid, WIC, SNAP/Food Stamps, or state-funded health insurance)
- No history of pregnancy complications (including gestational diabetes, pre-eclampsia, or pre-term labor)
- No history of schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, or major depressive disorder
- Not currently taking medications unsafe for pregnancy (including certain mental health medications)
- Able to travel for medical screening, monitoring, and embryo transfer appointments
- Live a healthy lifestyle free of illicit or recreational drug use
- Have a stable home environment and strong support system

Compensation & Benefits
We recognize the commitment, time, and care involved in being a gestational carrier. Compensation includes:
Base Compensation
- $60,000 – $70,000(First-time carrier to experienced carrier)
Additional Benefits
- $250 monthly expense allowance
- $500 maternity clothing allowance
- $10,500 for multiple birth
- Up to $10,000 for loss of organs (per contract terms)
- Lost wages (carrier and spouse, if applicable — based on employment verification)
- Travel reimbursement
- $200 per week for housekeeping (if medically necessary)
- $20 per hour for childcare (if medically necessary)

Compensation Package:
- Competitive Base Salary: Begin with a strong foundation of $50,000 annually, providing stability as you build your success.
- Lucrative Commission Structure: Earn 2% of the sales price on every home you sell, with a minimum 1st year sales target of $3.5M annually (exceeding this minimum should be fully anticipated). Meeting this minimum equates to an estimated $70,000 in commissions—and there’s no ceiling to what you can achieve! Sales target to increase in year 2, Year 1 target low due to mandatory training and up learning cycle.
