In Texas, there is a judicial process for validating the Gestational Contract (the contract between the intended parents and the surrogate). Compensation for a surrogate services generally starts in the range of $35,000 - $40,000, for base compensation with over all fees up to 70k, in many cases.   Current Registered Radiographer (ARRT) and Texas Medical Board (TMB) license OR Registered Cardiovascular Interventional Specialist (RCIS).
