Your role as a Store Manager:

Requirements:
Qualifications to be a Store Manager:
- At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of previous sales management experience.
- Previous experience in operational, financial and performance management.
- Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Passion for all things hair and beauty!

The Sales Associate will be responsible for supporting the Store Leadership Team to achieve all company goals and initiatives. The Sales Associate will model and maintain excellent customer service with effective communication, product knowledge, and appropriate selling techniques. Education and Experience:High School diploma or equivalent. Previous retail experience preferred. Must be at least 18 years of age.
Skills and Behaviors:Excellent customer engagement. Demonstrated time management and organizational skills. Ability to work in team environment. Must be adaptable and flexible to changing priorities. Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including weekends, overnights, evenings, and call-in shifts. Ability to maneuver on sales floor and stockroom; climb ladder, lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
As a Sales Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, welcoming & guiding customers through your store to actively sell our products and providing customers with support & guidance. You'll use your fashion and product knowledge to provide our customers with all the relevant information they need for the best experience. You'll also work on garment refill & care, presentation and contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house, working closely with the rest of your store team to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Retail Operations/ Visual & Commercial Execution
- Complete full garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming and ensure good garment care
- Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practice & processes
- Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house (including stockrooms)
- Support with garment presentation, execution and maintain attractive merchandise displays, clear trends & stories according to visual & commercial guidelines
- Ensure good stock levels with replenishment routines on sales floor
- Upkeep & follow best practice for any in-store OMNI Services & in-store tech services/tools, etc (Instore Care App, Click & Collect, Smart Store etc)
- Support with opening and closing of the store

POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides direct and indirect nursing care to patients in the Ambulatory setting in accordance with University Health policies and standards. Supports and promotes University Health values to ensure patient/guest relations. Performs the nursing process in a safe therapeutic manner in a designated clinic setting. Maintains, facilitates and promotes department policies and standards.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Graduation from an accredited school of vocational nursing is required. Starting pay varies based on experience; entry up to 2 years, 2-3 years and 4 years or more experience in health care delivery as an LVN. PALS and ACLS certification may be required based on site location.
LICENSURE
Must possess a current license to practice Vocational Nursing in the State of Texas. Must have a current AHA BLS Healthcare Provider or AHA BLS Instructor Provider card.
