Responsible for leading the development and management of stroke data for University Hospital. Performs data collection, analysis and reporting of stroke data compliance with Joint Commission Stroke standards to maintain designation as a Certified Stroke Center. Collaborates with hospital Stroke Medical Directors, Stroke Coordinator, and Ancillary Program Leadership to advance data collection and develop plans to address variances.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Graduation from accredited school of professional nursing is required. Must have at least three years of hospital or clinic based experience. Experience with reporting and analyzing clinical documentation for the Joint Commission accreditation for stroke programs highly preferred. Work experience with the operation of personal computers and Microsoft Office software is expected.
LICENSURE
Current license from the Board of Nurse Examiners of the State of Texas to practice as a registered nurse. Current training in Basic Cardiac Life Support (CPR) is required.
Provides comprehensive family health care to a population that has multiple health care needs in the University Health network of community-based ambulatory care centers.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Must have completed training in an ACGME approved and accredited residency program. Completion of residency program from the time of graduation from medical school in excess of the traditional time period for the practice specialty must be fully explained in writing. All incumbents will be expected to be board certified in their specialty or be eligible for board certification. Must obtain board certification in accordance with Medical-Dental Staff bylaws.
LICENSURE
Must possess current license to practice medicine in the State of Texas. Must maintain current AHA BLS or higher in accordance with Medical-Dental Staff bylaws. Providers practicing in acute care environment must obtain AHA ACLS certification or advanced specialty equivalent as defined by the UMA Credentials Committee within 90 days of hire. Must maintain DEA number. Must follow rules/regulations as set forth by the Texas Medical Board Medical Practice Act.
Performs procedures for testing or analysis on specimens submitted to the laboratory. Evaluates test results for accuracy and submits results for the purpose of aiding the physician in diagnostic and therapeutic treatment of patients. Performs analyses that may involve a complex network of steps, variable fine-line discriminations of several parameters, correction of a variety of errors, and the operation and maintenance of complicated instruments. Mentors and accounts for work of trainees and other supportive technical personnel employed by the laboratory. Performs assigned duties rapidly and accurately. Plans work activities and makes decisions connected with own work. As a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative, you'll work within defined guidelines and framework, to provide customer service, sales, and retention activities for one or more of USAA's Property & Casualty personal line products. You will interact with our members across multiple contact channels (i.e. inbound phone calls, email, chat, social media, etc.) to provide adequate coverage and advice to help ensure members’ financial security.
Maximize Property & Casualty sales potential by expertly handling member inquiries, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and providing exceptional service through various communication channels.

What You’ll Do
- Support diagnostic and interventional cardiac and peripheral vascular procedures following sterile technique
- Operate fluoroscopy, C‑arm, PACS, and hemodynamic monitoring systems
- Prepare procedure rooms, position patients, and ensure safe and accurate imaging
- Assist physicians during Cath Lab cases, monitor vital signs, and contribute to optimal procedural flow
- Participate in the on‑call rotation, supporting emergent cases when needed

Pay Range: $30.99 - $50.71 per hour
