Job Description
Issue and maintain control of linens and/or uniforms. Responsible for accurately fitting team members for uniforms.
- Issue and maintain control of uniforms and/or linens.
- Identify items in need of repair or replacement and communicate need to supervisor.
- Maintain accurate employee uniforms issuance/return records; issue uniforms to new employees.
- Complete proper paperwork for employees who are responsible for missing or damaged uniforms.
- Ensure preventative care of equipment and supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness of Linen Room area.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to push, pull, and lift up to 45 pounds
- Prior experience in a similar position preferred.
- Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses.

What you'll do:
In this function, you will:
- Perform simple repetitive bench assembly of parts and components.
- May use bolts, screws, clips, and other fastening devices.
- Work under close supervision and may work from models, samples, or simple diagrams.
- Pick, pack and pull orders in an efficient and accurate manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems as they arise.

o Maintain 5-S (sort, set in order, shine, standardize, sustain) throughout shop floor and office areas.
o Track and sustain all visual management tools such as, but not limited to: layered audits, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) boards, and any additional LEAN tools that are deemed necessary to provide direction, goals and status to the shop floor.
