Job summary: This position performs a dual function, clinical and managerial. MHS is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. In this unique and life-changing career, couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students living in the home. Flex Houseparents play a vital role in creating a structured, family-like environment that fosters students’ academic, emotional, and social development so they can reach their full potential.

Responsibilities include:


  • Providing daily supervision and mentorship

About The Role

OpenLoop is looking for Registered Dietitians to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for helping OpenLoop expand their virtual patient pathways. You’ll deliver evidence-based medical nutrition therapy and coaching alongside OpenLoop clinicians for patients on lifestyle-only and medication-assisted pathways.


What You’ll Do:

  • Provide comprehensive virtual nutrition assessments and individualized care plans using the Nutrition Care Process (NCP).
  • Deliver motivational interviewing, goal-setting, problem-solving, and relapse-prevention techniques.
  • Coach patients on GLP-1/GIP and other AOM nutrition strategies (managing satiety, protein targets, fiber, hydration, GI side effects, micronutrients) and on non-pharmacologic weight-loss approaches.
  • Coordinate with prescribers to align nutrition plans with medication initiation/titration, labs, and comorbidity management.
  • Use OpenLoop platforms for self-monitoring (weight, food/activity logs) and provide communications for micro-coaching/messages between visits where contracted.
  • Screen for disordered eating risk and escalate when indicated; make warm referrals to behavioral health or specialty care per protocol.
  • Document timely, clear notes, patient goals, and education within OpenLoop’s EHR; track outcomes and patient-reported measures.
  • Participate in quality reviews and case rounds; contribute to patient education content and protocol refinement.
  • Other duties as assigned


Who You Are:

  • RDN credential and active state license(s); ability to obtain and maintain multi-state licensure for telehealth per CDR guidance.
  • 2+ years adult weight-management experience (clinical or digital); comfort with virtual care workflows and apps.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in motivational interviewing and behavior change strategies.
  • Working knowledge of anti-obesity pharmacotherapy nutrition considerations (GLP-1/GIP, bupropion/naltrexone, etc.).

What You’ll Do:

As a PA-C, you will be taking calls remotely for national level for CCM visits from 7 pm-7am rotating with our other providers. These duties can be performed remotely but you must be available to take the calls when you are scheduled to work. The ideal candidate must be licensed in Michigan and complete CCM visits monthly. Typical schedule may be varied and shall include weekdays, holidays, and evenings.


You should have experience in one of the following specialties: acute care, family health or geriatrics. Patience, problem-solving, and good communication skills are important. If you are dedicated to advancing your knowledge and clinical expertise through research and professional discourse, we would like to meet with you to share our mission, vision, values for the post-acute industry.


Your daily responsibilities include:

  • Examine patients medical records
  • Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests (labs, imaging, etc.).
  • Diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions.
  • Prescribing medications and creating treatment plans.
  • Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and facility staff.
  • Educating patients and families on health conditions and preventive care.
  • Documenting patient care accurately and efficiently.
  • Oversee patients’ overall health
  • Promote good health practices
  • Other duties as assigned

Position Overview

The Vice President, Cybersecurity and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) is a key executive leadership role reporting to the Senior Vice President & Chief Digital Officer. As a strategic member of the Information Services Leadership Team, the CISO shapes and leads the enterprise cybersecurity vision for The Guthrie Clinic, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of critical information systems across the health system.


The CISO partners closely with senior executives, clinical and operational leaders, and organizational stakeholders to drive a comprehensive cybersecurity program. This role provides oversight for system‑wide cybersecurity strategy, cyber risk management, AI‑related cyber governance, medical device security, third‑party risk management (TPRM), and regulatory compliance, including HIPAA Security Rule and NY DOH Cybersecurity Regulations.


Key responsibilities include leading enterprise information security policy, cybersecurity operations, incident response, vulnerability management, and system‑wide security awareness. The CISO also provides cybersecurity reporting to the Audit Committee and delivers annual briefings to the Guthrie Clinic Board of Directors.


This leader manages and mentors a high‑performing, multidisciplinary cybersecurity team and actively participates in healthcare cybersecurity communities to advance best practices, threat‑intelligence sharing, and sector‑wide resilience.


Experience Requirements

  • 10+ years of combined experience in cybersecurity, risk management, and information technology, with at least four years in a senior leadership role.

Leadership, Governance & Strategy

  • Develop, maintain, and oversee a comprehensive enterprise information security and IT risk management program, grounded in HITRUST CSF, NIST CSF, and leading industry frameworks.
  • Lead all cybersecurity and infrastructure operations teams, including hiring, development, and performance management.
  • Establish and chair an Information Security Steering Committee.

Risk Management & Cyber Risk Quantification

  • Partner with enterprise architecture teams to ensure alignment between security principles and system design.
  • Provide security guidance for IT projects, cloud adoption, AI initiatives, and new clinical technology implementations.
  • Ensure the secure design, implementation, and continuous cyber governance of the organization’s Epic electronic health record (EHR) environment, spanning access controls, third‑ party risk, and SEER compliance.


Awareness, Training & Culture

  • Develop and deliver cybersecurity training programs for all employees, contractors, and system users.
  • Drive a culture of security awareness and shared accountability across the organization.


Metrics, Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Create a metrics and reporting framework to measure program maturity, operational performance, and risk exposure.
  • Manage internal and external cybersecurity resources, contracts, and consulting partnerships.


Additional Responsibilities

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Security, or related field required.
  • Master’s degree preferred in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline.
  • At least one active professional information security certification that requires CPEs such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or similar required.
