We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst who does more than just move data. We need a strategic partner who can translate complex financial metrics into insights that drive the future of our Apparel, Home, and Accessories businesses. This is a high-visibility role where you will work directly with VP and EVP leadership to shape the story behind the numbers.

The Mission

You will join a high-performing Reporting & Finance team during a pivotal digital transformation. Your mission is two-fold:

1. Maintain Excellence: Own the Quarter-Close process and manage critical trackers for tariffs, cost savings, and planned vs. actuals.
2. Drive Evolution: Lead the charge in transitioning our reporting from static cycles to a streamlined, month-end cadence powered by Power BI automation.

What You’ll Do

• Narrate the Numbers: Present financial insights to executive leadership, effectively "telling the story" behind the data to support global sourcing and pricing decisions.
• Modernize Reporting: Act as the architect for our transition to interactive Power BI dashboards, moving away from manual workflows toward scalable automation.
• Strategic Modeling: Build "what-if" scenarios and financial models to navigate budgeting, headcount, and global market shifts.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the financial bridge between Sourcing, IT, Merchandising, and Corporate Finance teams.
• Process Engineering: Evaluate current tools, identify bottlenecks, and document standardized workflows via SOPs and flow charts.

Who You Are

• The Analyst: 5–7 years of experience in finance, reporting, or operations with a strong grasp of the retail or product lifecycle.
• The Power User: You are an Excel Expert (Power Query is a preferred) and highly proficient in Power BI. You can independently design, build, and maintain complex data models.
• The Communicator: You don't just deliver reports; you provide context. You excel at explaining complex financial concepts to non-financial creative and product teams.
• The Efficiency Expert: You have a passion for "continuous improvement." You enjoy taking a messy process and turning it into a streamlined, automated tool.
• The Local: You are able to collaborate in-person at our Framingham campus 2 days a week.

Executive Administrative Assistant

Contract: 1-year with potential to extend

Schedule: Hybrid, in-office Tues & Wed, 36.25 hrs/week

Position Overview:

The Executive Administrative Assistant provides high-level support to a VP and two AVPs in Global Talent Management. This hybrid role requires advanced administrative skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has problem-solving abilities, flexibility, and experience in larger organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate office logistics, including catering and room bookings.
• Organize and maintain files, record-keeping systems, and office layout.
• Support HR and Talent program administration to ensure timely and consistent execution.
• Coordinate travel itineraries, process expenses, and handle payroll/timekeeping tasks.
• Respond to complex or confidential inquiries and escalate appropriately.

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team at Seaport MA.

Work Schedule: Monday, Wednesday and Friday 6:00 am - 11:30 am

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner
• Process billing information and collect payments when required
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs
• Provide superior customer service to all patients
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary
• Travel to additional sites when needed

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program from an accredited agency or 3 months experience as a phlebotomist

Preferred Qualifications:

• LabCorp experience
• 1 or more years phlebotomy experience

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Auditor to join our Internal Audit team housed at our headquarters in Waltham, MA!

The individual will conduct internal financial audits/internal control reviews including testing financial records and report discrepancies. They will develop formal written reports to communicate audit results to management and make recommendations as appropriate. They will facilitate work of external auditors during on-site visits and require audit knowledge and skills in finance/accounting. Will complete audit work as assigned in a timely manner, including planning/preparation, documentation, summarizing findings/writing reports; and engagement in ad-hoc assignments/investigations as applicable.

• Perform audits resulting in assurances that our internal controls and processes meet required standards
• Assist with the development of risk assessments and audit plans
• Work closely with management teams in developing audit findings, and recommendations
• Participate in annual Sarbanes-Oxley assertion and attestation process
• Collaborate with teammates regarding observations noted during audit engagements, including development and follow-up of action plan implementation
• Monitor remediation efforts of audit observations and deficiencies identified by internal and external audit with process owners to ensure mitigating activities are progressing as planned
• Assist in establishing common processes, policies, and procedures as necessary
• Provide support for internal investigations

• 5+ years audit/industry accounting experience
• CPA and Public Accounting experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required

• Sarbanes-Oxley audit/financial experience
• Understanding of key accounting policies/procedures including Generally Accepted Accounting (GAAP), Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS) and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX)
• Validated understanding of auditing, technical accounting matters and internal controls
• Strong analytical skills
• Auditing public companies and understanding related requirements

The salary range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $92,900.00$110,000.00.
