The Senior Manager of Consumer Insights will join a growing, collaborative and critical team leading key work to drive growth across the TJX portfolio of brands. The Senior Manager will be responsible for leading insights and analysis to guide brand strategies, platform development, and creative. Who We Are Looking For: You.


  • Envision and lead consumer insights work for two key TJX brands (such as segmentation, brand strategy, brand platform creative testing, consumer journey, etc.) to influence brand strategies and executions.
  • Lead team in owning key customer panel insights from longitudinal and custom panel research and own and optimize the panel capability to drive greater impact and efficiency.
  • Analyze quantitative data and understand the why behind the data through qualitative findings.
  • Connect the dots across various data sources to determine overall implications and leverage insights as the basis to influence strategy.
  • Lead direct report and key agencies/vendors.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 8+ years of proven experience in consumer insights, market research or analytics, including 4+ years leading and managing insight and analytic professionals / teams
  • Background in leading end to end insight generation- envisioning the right approach, leading analysis, and generating insight and action- from primary research, including significant quantitative experience
  • Experience influencing across a broad array of internal and external partners including guiding and influencing brand strategy
  • Naturally curious with passion for understanding customer behavior and trends, advocating for the customer, and growing in the Insights & Analytics function
  • Adept at presenting complex concepts in an easy to understand and actionable way

The Globalization Product Manager will be responsible for supporting the global roll out and localization of our product positioning. The Sustaining R&D Manager serves as the technical lead of Paragonix's commercialized portfolio, balancing rigorous engineering oversight with strategic growth initiatives. Primary Responsibilities



  • Oversee the technical lifecycle of the existing Paragonix products by serving as the primary point of contact for all post-market design activities. Ensure all related initiatives are effectively managed and brought to successful completion.
  • Take ownership of the Design Transfer process for NPI, ensuring the Device Master Record (DMR) is fully prepared and available for manufacturing operations.
  • Lead thorough root cause analyses to address product non-conformances, defects, and field complaints. Lead corrective and preventive action (CAPA) efforts to resolve identified issues and prevent recurrence.
  • Manage R&D technical activities required for entering new international markets, ensuring strict compliance with relevant global standards.
  • Provide comprehensive technical file support by working closely with the Quality and Regulatory Affairs teams.

Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Biomedical, or other applicable engineering field (Master's preferred).


  • 8+ years of medical device development experience. 3+ years managing direct reports.
  • Experience with CAD/CAM tools (e.g., SolidWorks) and familiarity with GD&T principles.
  • Expertise in failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA).

Join our tax team and play a key role in managing tax matters for one or more RMR-managed companies. Reporting to the Senior Tax Manager, you'll prepare and/or review tax compliance and calculations for Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), partnerships, and corporate entities. This position requires strong collaboration across accounting, asset management, and other internal teams. Responsibilities

  • Help manage co-source compliance arrangements including but not limited to review of various federal, state, and local and indirect tax returns and estimated tax payments across a wide spectrum of entity types.
  • Work with advisors to resolve notices and compliance issues efficiently
  • Prepare and/or review quarterly and annual tax calculations, including REIT compliance testing and provision for income taxes.
  • Prepare and/or review tax modeling and analysis related to REIT qualifications and transactional planning.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors on audits and special projects that support organizational goals.
  • Assist with process improvements and automation initiatives within the tax function.
  • Participate in transaction-oriented projects, including drafting technical memoranda on tax issues.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • CPA or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in tax department of national public accounting firm is preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Strong accounting and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and results driven environment and interact with senior management.
  • Advanced Excel skills required.
