We are seeking a professional Sr. Account Executive to manage all aspects of client projects such as creative brainstorming, implementation, negotiating, managing multi-million dollar budgets and vendors, and orchestrating it all on time. This person must have superior ability to multi-task and be extremely organized.
Requirements:
- Ad Agency experience in handling multiple high-level accounts simultaneously
- Candidate MUST live in middle TN as this is an on -site position
- Must have 5+ years of agency experience as an Account Executive handling multiple high-level accounts
- Experience and proven understanding of all aspects of direct response marketing platforms (direct mail, digital, DRTV)
- Manage projects from initial creative brief, execution, and strategic evaluation upon completion
- Event Planning experience is a bonus
- Assign and manage internal teams, ensuring timeline and budgets are met
- Manage production from obtaining multiple print quotes and media plans
- Hungry for challenge and breakthrough opportunities
- Attention to detail and critical thinking are a necessity to be a success in this position
- Proactive communication with internal staff and clients

Manage the development of new retail products for Opry Entertainment Group (OEG). Oversee the product life cycle from trend research to custom art development, vendor art management, merchandising plans, and web integration. Reports to Director of Product Development.
- Manage designs and prototypes with vendors, ensuring proper, timely execution and quality control, including creating detailed tech specs and developing artwork.
- Review and edit incoming design concepts to ensure commercial viability and adherence to brand standards, cost matrix, product quality, and uniqueness of the brand.
- Manage product quote sheets, line sheets, and project updates.
- Maintain and understand brand aesthetics in the development of an innovative product line and brand standard guidelines.
- Communicate with the product development team and vendors to ensure proper execution of prints and applications.
- Work with vendors to ensure accurate execution of designs and packaging while managing technical specifications.
- Collaborate with Category Managers in the selection, pricing, and purchasing of merchandise for a profitable assortment for assigned categories, including operational commodity items.
- Research and incorporate current trends into designs, ensuring consistency with brand aesthetics. Analyze market trends seasonally and competitor offerings to inform design strategy.
- Ensure appropriate use of trademarks and copyrights.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education
- Degree in Apparel Design, Product Design, Graphic Design and/or Fashion Merchandising preferred or equivalent experience required
Experience
- 3+ years in product design and/or sourcing experience
- Experience with Oracle Fusion preferred
- Experience with PLM a plus
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of product development processes and industry trends in accessories, apparel, home goods, giftware and glassware
- Highly creative with the ability to filter such creativity through the reality of brands and consumer
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage time to ensure deadlines are met
- Strong computer and graphic design skills; intermediate to expert in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop

Responsibilities Drees Homes is seeking candidates for a Marketing Coordinator position in our Houston Division.?? The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for helping determine and oversee the execution of both traditional and digital marketing support materials, while striving to maintain brand.?? ?? Duties & Responsibilities: Monitor accuracy and maintain branding standards in print and digital materials including information on and develop websites, if applicable, for Division.
Assist in proofing of PR stories and any other type of advertising; includes Drees Release articles.
Assist in ordering marketing items for new models and sales trailers; includes interior and exterior signage, dioramas, flagpoles, and furniture.
Forecast annual advertising budget and overseeing monthly overages.
Support Division Sales Manager and Market Managers through maintenance of Sales Centers, collateral needs, and marketing efforts.
Be involved in social media coordinating and Communications/Social Media Director in Corporate.?? Responsible for inventory of marketing supplies and collateral including brochures and any promotional flyers or materials.
Edit, proof, and coordinate the production of items such as sales center displays, plats, invitations, flyers/HTMLs, direct mail and other promotional support materials needed.?? ??
