The Systems Engineering, Integrated Systems Department is seeking a Systems Engineering Technical Lead for the NASAMS product line. This role requires strong technical expertise and engineering leadership skills to drive the design and development of world-class air and missile defense systems.

The Integrated Systems Department supports Raytheon by providing world-class weapon systems engineering. Domain expertise includes radar systems, effector systems, battle management, command and control, network design, battlespace integration, and interoperability for both domestic and international customers.

You will work alongside motivated engineers who are responsible for conducting systems engineering studies and trades; supporting system requirements definition and analysis; and contributing to algorithm development, integration, test, and evaluation.

What You Will Do

• Provide technical oversight and management for a variety of Systems Engineering efforts

• Concept and requirements development (including decomposition and flowdown) within a mature product-line

• Concept of Operations (CONOPS) development and design

• Algorithm optimization and development

• Multi-disciplinary development efforts across the kill-chain for an Air and Missile Defense System

• Collaboration with customer to bring new capabilities to the warfighter

• Functional analysis of real world and test data; trade studies to bring advanced features to fielded system

• Support and lead Internal and External Program and Design Reviews

• Collaborate with other IPT/CPT leads from the various functions and products

• Support and lead Internal Research and Development for future capability upgrades

• System integration and test support, including live fire test events

• Periods of travel up to 25% of time both domestically and internationally

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience

• Experience with Air Defense Systems in systems engineering roles supporting development or production

• Experience with managing budget, scope and/or earned value

Qualifications We Prefer

Job Overview

Work cross functionally between product development and manufacturing engineering to develop & optimize new manufacturing processes and equipment that will be or has been transferred to production for commercial release.

Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties

• Provide input to Product Development on new product designs to address Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) requirements.

Naval Power is seeking a highly motivated Production Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL) for the SPY-6 Array production program's Array Build, Integration & Testing. This position reports to the SPY-6 Production Array Program Manager and leads the execution efforts of the recurring production sell-off. This lead will be responsible for ensuring that equipment delivery commitments are made on time and within budget, focusing on Array Build Integration & Testing, and RHS assembly builds, including Mechanical Structures & RMA Chassis material. They are responsible for removing barriers and defining solutions that support the Production IPT and program.

In addition, it is expected this person will work across all Raytheon functional organizations to staff the Production IPT and ensure the timely start-up and delivery of products in accordance with the contract(s).

This is an onsite position located at either our Andover or Tewksbury, MA facilities.

What You Will Do

• Establish and maintain a positive culture to which top talent is attracted.
• Provide leadership and direction for the cross-functional supply chain, operations, engineering, quality, test, and logistics teams in the Production IPT with an emphasis on mitigating technical risk, assuring continuous Array production and delivery of compliant hardware to the Navy.

• Lead MLAs/RFVs/MRBs for Array build and integration issues.
• Accountability for the production scope, including aligning product EACs with SOW definition, contract values and Program Management.
• Work with Customer counterparts to understand status, schedules, priorities and objectives for events.
• Participate in management of suppliers, in coordination with the supply chain function.
• Manage engineering staffing across the Production IPT.
• Developing presentations and presenting at program management reviews (PMRs), staffing reviews, and decision reviews to achieve contract commitments.
• Display strong communication, influence management, and presentation skills, and comfortably interact with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels of leadership.
• Support the program risk and opportunity process in accordance with specific financial goals and obligations.
• Travel to support supplier reviews and programmatic meetings.

• Demonstrated program execution experience managing program staffing, assignments and resources with cross-functional teams in an IPT organizational structure.

• Program execution experience under a firm fixed price contract structure.
• Demonstrated experience in leading a program or IPT over $50 million in annual sales.

The Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities (SE&TC) Discipline organization is the central focus for Mission Systems Integration activities within Raytheon, responsible for defining customer needs, functional and product architecture, requirements definition and decomposition, Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), system performance, System Security Engineering (SSE), integration and system level testing, identifying and resolving hardware, software, and networking issues, and developing automated or operator-driven tests in support of system-level integration, verification and validation.

Within SE&TC, Life Cycle Engineering (LCE) is responsible for ensuring our products are Safe, Reliable, Maintainable and delivered on time. Life Cycle Engineering consists of multiple disciplines that support engineering, our program offices and our customers. Our Life Cycle Engineering disciplines participate in the total life cycle of our products from conception to deactivation. What You Will Do:

As an Control Account Manager, you'll be assigned to one or more LTAMDS programs and will be responsible for providing innovative and trusted solutions that optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of the Land and Air Defense products and services over their life cycle. As a Deployment Fielding and Sustainment (DFS) CAM, the successful candidate will support the DFS program Leads, LTAMDS Program Control Account Managers, and Program leads in the successful completion of monthly Earned Value Management (EVM) inputs, reporting and analysis, monthly Budget Change Requests (BCRs), facilitate EAC and LRE inputs, and demonstrate the ability to perform meaningful analysis and effective communication to drive predictable results. We are seeking a highly skilled, technically proficient and detail-oriented Principal Mechanical Engineer with expertise in metal structures, frame design, pipes and fabrication to support the development of power and cooling infrastructure for data centers. This role is critical in designing robust mechanical systems that house and support electrical and thermal management equipment, ensuring structural integrity, manufacturability, and compliance with industry standards.

What will you do?

• Experience designing and integrating hydronic systems including pumps, piping networks, valves, and heat exchangers for data center cooling applications.

• Knowledge of fluid dynamics, pressure drop calculations, and pipe sizing for chilled water and glycol-based systems.

• Understanding of installation constraints, maintenance access, and serviceability in large-scale mechanical infrastructure.

• Design and develop mechanical frames, enclosures, and support structures for data center power and cooling products (UPS systems, battery racks, CRAC units, containment systems, LVS, MVS).
