Job Details :
* Salary : $500,000 - $600,000/year (includes bonuses)
* 1st year: base salary $250,000 plus production bonuses: $1,500/patient/year for all patients beyond 180 patients/year + 25% of insurance collections
* 2nd year and beyond, compensation is only production-based: $1,500/patient/year + 25% of insurance collections
* Can expect a patient load of 300-350 patients
* Health, dental, vision insurance
* Qualification : MD/DO Internal Medicine or Geriatrician
* Board certified
* Facility: Concierge Medical Practice
* Schedule : Start in Fall of 2021
* Clinic Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, then on call for your own patients
* Flexible call schedule with other concierge physicians
* Assignment : Outpatient Only
* Average 8 patients/day during peak season
* Average 3-4 patients/day during offseason
* Will round on own patients in NH's as needed
* EMR: Cerner

Responsibilities: Registered Nurse - RN As an RN you will be responsible for providing superior care to assigned residents, to include assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, evaluation of administered treatments and quality assurance / performance improvement activities. This essential role also involves the supervision of several talented staff members as well as establishing relationships with the resident, family and other members of the health care team. Qualifications:- Qualified applicants are required to be graduates from an accredited school of nursing. Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Current State Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state where practicing is required.
- Has a working knowledge of long-term care.
- Current CPR certification as approved by American Heart Association or American Red Cross is required.
- Current First Aid certification is required or must be willing and able to become First Aid certified.
- Minimum 6 months of experience working as a Registered Nurse is preferred.
- Experience or continuing education in the care of elderly is preferred.
