Our client, a well-established law firm in Naples, FL, is seeking an experienced Trusts & Estates Paralegal to support their estate and trust administration practice. This is a fully onsite role working on high-net-worth estate matters, Florida probate, trust settlement, and related federal transfer tax filings.

What You’ll Do

• Manage estate and trust administration from asset collection through final distribution
• Prepare inventories, schedules, and accountings using information from multiple sources
• Draft probate pleadings and fiduciary documents for attorney review and Florida e-filing
• Assist with preparation of Forms 706, 709, and 1041
• Track deadlines and proactively manage case schedules
• Serve as a liaison between attorneys, clients, and beneficiary families
• Use legal and tax software platforms to organize and streamline filings
• Proofread and edit all work for accuracy and compliance

Must-Haves

• 5+ years Florida estate and trust administration experience
• Hands-on experience with Forms 706, 709, and 1041
• Knowledge of Florida probate procedures and e-filing systems
• Formal paralegal training (certificate, associate’s degree, or equivalent)
