Roles and Responsibilities:

• The Purchasing Manager is responsible for overseeing the procurement of all hardware and installation-related materials required to support the company’s Point-of-Sale (POS) and Merchant Services deployments. This role manages approximately $5 million in annual equipment purchases, including POS terminals, payment devices, peripherals, networking equipment and related accessories.
• The Purchasing Manager will ensure timely, cost-effective acquisition of goods and services while maintaining optimal inventory levels to support installations, field service operations and customer onboarding. This individual will play a critical role in vendor negotiations, supply chain continuity, cost control, and cross-functional coordination with Sales, Implementation, Finance, and Technical Support teams.

Must Have Technical Skills:

• 3+ years of purchasing or procurement experience (preferably within technology hardware, POS systems, telecommunications, or payments industries)
• Experience managing annual procurement budgets of $500,000 required

Flex Skills/Nice to Have:

• Experience in POS hardware procurement or payments industry.
• Experience managing annual procurement budgets of $3M preferred
• Familiarity with payment terminals, EMV devices, receipt printers, barcode scanners, and networking equipment.
• APICS Certification (CPIM or CSCP) or equivalent supply chain credential.
• Purchasing or procurement experience within technology hardware, POS systems, telecommunications, or payments industries
• Experience supporting field installation or technical service operations.

Soft Skills:

• Written and verbal communication skills

We are currently representing a leading national General Contractor looking to add an experienced Superintendent to their team in Florida.

This role will lead on-site operations for complex healthcare construction projects, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate is a hands-on field leader with strong scheduling, coordination, and subcontractor management experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day site operations and supervise field teams
• Maintain and enforce jobsite safety standards and procedures
• Manage trade contractors and subcontractor coordination
• Drive CPM schedules and short-term lookahead planning
• Oversee site logistics and construction sequencing
• Implement and manage QA/QC programs
• Coordinate inspections, testing, and permitting requirements
• Review and process RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings
• Monitor labor productivity, material usage, and project costs
• Lead or attend owner, subcontractor, and safety meetings
• Mentor and manage Assistant/Area Superintendents

Requirements

• 10+ years of construction experience in field supervision
• Proven experience delivering ground-up healthcare or large commercial projects
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and complex building systems
• Experience managing multiple subcontractor trades on large projects
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred (experience considered in lieu)
