This is a fully onsite role working on high-net-worth estate matters, Florida probate, trust settlement, and related federal transfer tax filings.
What You’ll Do
- Manage estate and trust administration from asset collection through final distribution
- Prepare inventories, schedules, and accountings using information from multiple sources
- Draft probate pleadings and fiduciary documents for attorney review and Florida e-filing
- Assist with preparation of Forms 706, 709, and 1041
- Track deadlines and proactively manage case schedules
- Serve as a liaison between attorneys, clients, and beneficiary families
