About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to lead our sales team in promoting and selling accommodations and services within our assisted living community. Responsibilities

• Supports the mission, vision, and goals of the organization, upholding and promoting company culture and vision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field such as marketing or business administration.
• Five years’ experience in sales, in a leadership or management role.
• Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the senior living industry or real estate, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from start to finish.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products, focus on Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Understanding of legal and ethical requirements regarding sales contracts and agreements.
• Knowledge of the senior living industry, including familiarity with various types of senior housing options.
• Experience in creating and executing successful marketing campaigns.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring project accuracy, coordination across trades, and the successful execution of design and construction documentation. The VDC Technician will collaborate closely with engineering, project management, and field teams to produce coordinated models, drawings, and digital project documentation.

• Prepare Permit and Design Documents.
• Prepare Shop Drawings through careful project coordination.
• Prepare As-built Documents.
• Visit jobsites for Coordination.
• Attend project coordination meetings.

Qualifications:

• Enter and review employee time, per diem, rig rent, truck pay, and boot pay; process overrides for rates, unions, and taxes
