Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG) is a physician-led, 650+ provider multi-specialty group seeking a full time BC/BE Neurologist committed to a multi-disciplinary team approach to patient care. This is an inpatient, consultative opportunity, caring for stroke and general neurology patients at our Time Sensitive Emergency Level 2 (Primary) Stroke Center, in Nampa but is part of system-wide Comprehensive Program based at Boise SARMC. Saint Alphonsus Medical Center ā Nampa is a 106 bed (expanding to 224 beds) high-acuity, community hospital with a current run rate of 11 strokes and 30-35 DRGs a month. Our Neurohospitalist will work closely with Intensivists, Hospitalists and Emergency physicians. The Nampa hospital is a Level III Trauma Center holding Time Sensitive Emergency classifications for Stroke, Cardiology, and Trauma. Diagnostic and patient care services available to neurologists include EMG capability in the clinic and the hospital, EEG with web-based interpretation, TCD, and Botox injection.
The Saint Alphonsus Neuroscience Institute promotes collaboration with a team of neurosurgeons, neurologists and vascular neurologists, neuroradiologists, neuropathologists, neuro-otolaryngologists, physiatrists, a neuro-ophthalmologist and oncologists based out of the Boise campus. Boise is a ID State Comprehensive Stroke Center, and Nampa is a Primary Stroke designation as well. The schedule for this role consists of working a 5-day work week in the hospital; 7 am ā 4 pm shift coverage. Stroke call during the regular shift hours. No weekend or night call.
Support Services: Well-established neurology outpatient clinic and inpatient neurology program located in Boise, tele-stroke services staffed by vascular neurologists, stroke coordinators, interventional neuroradiology and endovascular neurosurgeon service that includes biplane angiography, MRI/ MRA, CT/CTA, CT perfusion, 4-vessel angiography, and interventional stroke and aneurysm procedures. Nampa utilizes Boise SARMC for triage and escalated services.
Requirements:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
- Successful completion of an ACGME or AOA accredited residency-training program in Neurology
- Fellowship in Neurohospitalist Stroke, Neurovascular or other a plus
- Board certified or obtain such certification within 3 years of employment
- Obtain Idaho medical licensure and granting of privileges at Saint Alphonsus and affiliated hospitals as needed

Quick access to full-service emergency and heart care services, Saint Alphonsus has the only 24/7 interventional cath lab in Canyon County and is the fastest growing cardiology program in the region.

The Nampa practice is part of a larger, employed and integrated 20-member Cardiology team reaching across the health system.
The schedule for this full-time opportunity is a traditional workweek, Monday ā Friday, plus consults and rounding. Call is 1:4, shared equitably with other Interventional Cardiologists. There is also an opportunity for paid excess call.
Support includes Interventional Radiology, Cardiac MRI, 3 Endoscopy suites and radiology available M-F (on call weekends and holidays). Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise (15 miles) provides Cardiothoracic & Vascular Surgery, Trauma and Neurosurgery. SAMG has a network of 74 primary and specialty care clinic locations. The cardiac cath lab is a staffed with board-certified cardiologists, registered nurses, radiology techs and cardiovascular technologists.
Requirements for this opportunity include:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree.
- At least five (5) yearsā experience with complex coronary interventions including atherectomy and Impella.
- Successful completion of an ACGME or AOA accredited residency and cardiovascular disease fellowship program.

Duty location impacts pay rates; locality pay for federal law enforcement is higher in some locations than others. A fully trained BPA may be eligible for up to an additional 25% of base pay per the BPA Pay Reform Act of 2014. This is a career ladder position with a grade level progression from GL-9 to GS-11 to GS-12. You will be eligible for a promotion to the next higher grade level (without re-applying) once you successfully complete 52 weeks in the lower grade level.

Duties and Responsibilities:
As a BPA, you will be part of our 60,000+ workforce that strives to protect the American people by safeguarding our borders, deterring illicit activity, and enhancing the nation's economic prosperity. Being a BPA makes you a valuable member of the Federal Law Enforcement Officer (LEO) profession.
Typical assignments include:
- Detecting and questioning people suspected of violating immigration and customs laws and inspecting documents and possessions to determine citizenship or violations.
- Preventing and apprehending aliens and smugglers of aliens at or near the borders by maintaining surveillance from covert positions to include using infrared scopes during night operations.
- Interpreting and following tracks, marks, and other physical evidence of illegal entry of persons or contraband.
- Performing farm checks, building checks, traffic checks, city patrols, and transportation checks.
- Patrolling the international boundary and coastal waterways using a variety of government assets such as vehicles, horses, vessels, watercraft, off-road vehicles, ATVs, snowmobiles, and motorcycles for the accomplishment of the USBP Mission.
Qualifications:
GL-9: You qualify for the GL-9 grade level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience, equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, performing duties such as:
- Performing physical searches of detained individuals, their vehicles, and their immediate surroundings for weapons, contraband, currency, and other evidence.
- Apprehending, physically restraining, or working with law enforcement officials to identify or apprehend violators of state, federal, or immigration laws.
- Proficient in the use of firearms, preparing investigative reports, serving court orders (e.g., warrants, subpoenas, etc.), and gathering evidence for criminal cases prosecuted through the court system.
If you have previous or current law enforcement or military law enforcement experience, you may qualify at the GS-11 grade level.
GS-11: You qualify for the GS-11 grade level if you possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, with the authority granted by the state or government to enforce laws, make arrests, and investigate crimes, performing primary duties in an official law enforcement capacity such as:
- Utilizing intelligence information to track illegal operations, criminal activity, threats to our nation, and/or contraband while serving as a state, federal, or military law enforcement official.
- Leading investigations of fraud, contraband, criminal activity, threats to our nation, and/or illegal operations to determine sources and patterns while serving as a state, federal, or military law enforcement official.
- Apprehending violators of state, federal, or immigration laws by utilizing various forms of complex technology that include surveillance, detection, situation awareness systems, and/or communications equipment.
The above experience will be applied in connection with the following: Make arrests and exercise sound judgment in the use of firearms; deal effectively with people in a courteous manner in connection with law enforcement matters; analyze information rapidly and make prompt decisions; or develop and maintain contact with a network of informants.
There are no education substitutions for the GL-9 or GS-11 grade-level Border Patrol Agent opportunities.

Residency: You must have had primary U.S. residency (including protectorates as declared under international law) for at least three of the last five years.
Age Restriction: In accordance with Public Law 100-238, this position is covered under law enforcement retirement provisions. Candidates must be referred for selection to the Border Patrol Agent position before reaching their 40th birthday in accordance with Department of Homeland Security Directive 251-03. The age restriction may not apply if you are currently serving or have previously served in a federal civilian law enforcement (non-military) position covered by Title 5 U.S.C. 8336(c) or Title 5 U.S.C. 8412(d).

Formal Training: After you are hired, you will be detailed to the U.S. Border Patrol Academy in Artesia, New Mexico, for approximately six (6) months of intensive instruction in immigration and nationality laws, law enforcement, and USBP-specific operations, driver training, physical techniques, firearms, and other courses. Border Patrol work requires the ability to speak and read Spanish, as well as English. Border Patrol Agents will be provided training to become proficient in the Spanish language at the Academy.

Based on schedule and performance, drivers may be eligible to receive the below pay differentials:
- Night Shift Pay = $1.00/hour
- Weekend Pay (both Saturday and Sunday schedule) = $1.50/hour
In addition to pay differentials, drivers will receive the following compensation:
- Time-and-a-half pay for all hours over 40 in a workweek
- Safety Enhancement Pay (for qualifying drivers) = $1.00/hour
- Driver Trainer Pay (for qualifying drivers) = $25/day up to $500 + bonuses for successful post-training observations
- $10 meal coupon per shift redeemable at all company locations

Estimated annual earnings assume a driver will work an average work week of 55 hours.
After successfully completing the required training. During the required training period (spanning approximately 2 - 6 weeks following the driver's start date), drivers will earn $27.00.

Job Title : Aviation Electronics, Electrical & Computer Systems Technician (AE/AT) Category / Component : Enlisted ⢠Active Overview Aviation Electronics, Electrical and Computer Systems Technicians keep Navy aircraft mission ready by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing the electrical power, avionics, and computer based systems that enable radar, communications, navigation, flight controls, and weapons at sea and ashore.
Qualified Sailors may also volunteer as Naval Aircrewmen and perform in flight systems operations and mission support.
Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair complex aircraft systems including digital computers, fiber optics, radar, laser electronics, infrared detection, and communications and navigation suites; maintain aircraft electrical power generation and distribution systems; test and calibrate aircraft instruments and automatic flight controls; perform micro miniature circuit card repair for qualified technicians; install modifications and upgrades to aircraft avionics and electrical systems; use diagnostic equipment and interpret schematics and wiring diagrams to restore systems to full mission capability.

Pathways, Training & Advancement Recruit Training followed by Class A School in Pensacola, Florida, covering aviation theory, electrical systems, electronics fundamentals, and technical skills; assignment after A School into either the Aviation Electrician's Mate or Aviation Electronics Technician rating based on performance and Navy needs; advanced platform specific schools for particular aircraft and mission systems; opportunities to qualify for micro miniature repair and, for volunteers who qualify, to attend Naval Aircrew training.
Enlist for the Aviation Electronics and Electrical pipeline, with final placement into AE or AT after A School based on performance and service needs; qualified Sailors may later volunteer for Naval Aircrew duty after initial rating qualification and screening.
