POSITION OVERVIEW

• Candidate will assume ownership over the Continuous Improvement function while reporting to VP/General Manager while leading a team of (4) direct reports.
• Direct the activities of the CI group including their interaction with operations, engineering, and maintenance/reliability function in an effort to drive site wide improvement.
