The work involves understanding an existing Arm-based SoC embedded software code base-including setting it up, building it, and running it. And bringing up the code and existing documentation to DO-178C DAL A standards to cover the entire safety-critical software development lifecycle: requirements, design, and test. As well as requirements traceability and configuration management.

The expected salary range for this position is between $80 K - $100 K annually. - Staff Development: Arrange and coordinate educational programs to meet departmental goals and support professional development of nursing staff. Provide coaching, mentoring, and guidance to team members.
- Clinical Support: Serve as a clinical resource and role model for staff. Act as a caregiver when needed to support patient care during high-volume periods or staffing needs.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work collaboratively with physicians, other departments, and leadership to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication across the healthcare team.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, including TJC requirements, and maintain readiness for surveys and inspections.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of Emergency Department nursing experience required, with demonstrated leadership experience in a charge nurse, supervisor, or manager role.
- Strong leadership, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with healthcare technology and data analysis.
- Licensure/Certification:
- Current RN License in the State of Texas or a Multi-State Compact License required
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
- ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications highly preferred
- CEN or nurse leadership certification preferred

What You’ll Do
As a Regional Registered Dietitian Consultant, you will:
- Provide clinical nutrition care in skilled nursing/long-term care settings
- Oversee multiple facilities within the Abilene, Texas region
- Serve as a key member of the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT)
- Complete nutrition assessments, care plans, and EMR documentation
- Monitor residents with:
- Wounds
- Renal conditions
- Tube feeding / enteral nutrition
- Weight loss or gain concerns
- Conduct Nutrition-Focused Physical Exams (NFPE)
- Participate in QA/QAPI initiatives
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing, therapy teams, and dietary staff
- Travel locally between facilities (short distances)
Qualifications
- Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) — RD Eligible considered
- Active Texas Dietitian License (or ability to obtain)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or related field
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Comfortable working independently and across multiple facilities
- Long-term care experience preferred (support available)
