Core Requirements:

• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations
• Proven experience leading plant production

• Implementing S&OP / S&OE processes

The successful candidate will lead all aspects of plant operations, including production, planning, procurement, logistics, engineering, and maintenance. This role is responsible for driving improvements in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity while ensuring strong operational execution and financial performance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead all plant operations with responsibilities for improving safety, quality, production, planning, procurement, shipping/receiving, and engineering/maintenance.
• Improve process controls and implement structure.
• Drive cost reduction, productivity improvements, and margin expansion through Lean and engineering initiatives.
• Build and lead a high-performing leadership team while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Oversee planning, procurement, logistics, and S&OP/S&OE processes to ensure alignment with customer demand and business goals.
• Manage plant financial performance, including annual operating plans, capital expenditures, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
