Key Responsibilities

• Handle single-plaintiff employment litigation matters from inception through resolution

• Manage class action and PAGA litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery

• Argue motions and appear at administrative hearings and other proceedings

• Take and defend depositions in employment disputes

• Draft workplace policies, handbooks, and compliance materials

• Conduct employee and management trainings on employment law issues

• Provide day-to-day counseling to employers on compliance, risk mitigation, and workplace policies

• Collaborate closely with partners and clients on complex employment matters

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience as a Labor and Employment Associate Attorney

• Strong experience with single-plaintiff litigation and class action/PAGA matters

• California Bar required

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

• Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills

• Proven ability to draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents

• Strong interpersonal skills and client-focused approach

• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced law firm environment

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
