Qualifications A minimum of 5 years of experience in tax management, preferably in the Accounting and Finance industry.
A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is preferred.
Proven experience with 1031 Exchanges, tax planning, federal and state tax, income tax preparation, gift tax, S Corp, tax returns, and corporate tax returns.
Extensive experience in managing high net worth individual and corporate accounts.
Proficiency in dealing with the IRS and other regulatory bodies.
Enrolled Agent (EA) certification is a plus.
Strong knowledge of wealth management strategies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
High degree of professionalism and integrity.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
