About the Role

Airswift is working in partnership with a leader in the drilling and manufacturing industry. They are currently seeking a skilled Manufacturing Process Engineer to support, optimize, and improve manufacturing operations through data-driven process design, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Work Location: In person - Wilkes-Barre, PA

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, yield, quality, and cost improvements
• Develop, implement, and validate process changes using KPIs, SPC, and trend analysis
• Lead Lean and Six Sigma continuous improvement projects and root cause analysis
• Develop standard work, process documentation, and operating procedures
• Support capital projects and collaborate on process design and scale-up
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
• Work with cross-functional teams and provide technical training to production staff

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
• 2–5+ years in manufacturing or industrial processing environment

What you will do:

The MRI Technologist performs diagnostic MRI in accordance with departmental standards.

Responsibilities:

Pay Range: $34.50 - $48.81

Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.

Medical Assistant

• Demonstrates ability to recognize urgent/emergent needs of patients and initiate appropriate emergency procedures as needed.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

• Successful completion of a medical assistant program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Programs (CAAHP) or Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES).
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) certification must be obtained within first year of employment and maintained thereafter.
• Clinic/physician office experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for the Healthcare Provider certified or obtained within three (3) months of hire.
