- Patients age 65 and older, receive extended 40-minute appointments, giving their physicians quality time to care for seniors
- 20-minute appointments for patients under 65 and acute care visits
- Expanded care team:
- In addition to primary care physicians, the care team includes shared clerical staff, nurses, medication therapy management pharmacists and pharmacy management, RN case managers, health managers, social workers, clinic health associates, primary care nurse coordinators, behavioral health specialists (onsite and via telehealth) and coding educators
- Capped patient panel size
- The risk-adjusted patient panel size for physicians is capped at 2,100 patients and advanced practitioners at 1,800
- 36 clinical hours and four hours for administrative work

- Base salary model:
- Starting base salary of $320,000 (for those with two years or less experience; higher for those above two years of experience) to $375,000 compensation for providers based on quality metrics

What you will do:
The MRI Technologist performs diagnostic MRI in accordance with departmental standards.
Responsibilities:
- Obtains and records a complete clinical history pertinent to examination requested.

Pay Range: $34.50 - $48.81
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.

Medical Assistant
- Demonstrates ability to recognize urgent/emergent needs of patients and initiate appropriate emergency procedures as needed.
- Demonstrates current level of knowledge of various payor regulations by functioning within those guidelines.

- Functions according to limitations or scope of license or certification.

MARGINAL FUNCTIONS:
- Work includes cross coverage in other clinic areas as team needs.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- Successful completion of a medical assistant program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Programs (CAAHP) or Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES).
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) certification must be obtained within first year of employment and maintained thereafter.
- Clinic/physician office experience preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for the Healthcare Provider certified or obtained within three (3) months of hire.
Proof of completion of Mandatory Reporter abuse training specific to population serve within three (3) months of hire
